Why should anyone bother to reply to your posts? Seriously, you don't read them and you twist people's words out of context as you've done repeatedly throughout this thread. You either fail to comprehend anyone's posts, or you choose not to. I suspect the latter. So, why would anyone waste their time on replying to you in depth?

Now, let me put my perspective forward again and could you respond to that, instead of concentrating on minutiae?
The legislation should be upgraded. With cyber harassment & bullying becoming more & more pervalent, the legislation needs to be revised, as we have kids in school committing suicide because of cyber bullying & we have women living in fear because of cyber stalking.
Now, if you oppose this on the grounds that the legislation is an infringement upon the freedom of speech, what would you propose to prevent cyber bullying & harassment?
Re-read my post, I wasn't referring to this thread alone, but feel free to support this guy. Do we really need your brand of scare-mongering on this subject?
