anyone coming to the states for Disneyland COULD just go to Paris or Tokyo or whatever is missing the "good" parks.

The National Parks and natural beauty are the things to see.

Don't have any children, but would walk through fire to save my niece the pain of a scraped knee, because it would hurt "ME" less.

I can't even wrap my brain around what an absolute horror it would be to see a child of mine in pain.

Well written weak semantic web. I particularly like the "dribble fake left, pass right move" of peering over the "arrogance of man" in a Hummer.

The earth and indeed man will outlast a lot of species. It just depends on where your values are. I personally think we'll be doing ourselves in sooner than we might think and I'm not sure I am "totally" sad about that. THEN the earth might have a chance to heal.

Someone that "some" called "The Great Communicator" once said similar things. At that time in 80s he said that ozone depletion was mostly from methane emissions from cows. I say his material is that which came after the "emissions".

Yep, I once lived in Hollywood and was an actor at several different restaurants. Half of all the restaurant kitchen doors in that town
say "cast" instead of "staff".

Here's mine.

Rockstar, Philanthropist, Trapeze Artist, Astronaut Champion Surfer, Beloved Humanitarian, Veterinarian, Environmentalist, Researcher, Inventor, and Toy Train Enthusiast

As the single heir to the sliced bread legacy and bored he successfully lobbied all Governments to an immediate termination of all weapons systems.

Upon the discovery of his kelp derived limitless, pollutant free, cost
effective energy source; he also successfully lobbied for the immediate cessation of use of any and all fossil fuels. With momentum and worldwide support he put together a committee that eventually liquidated the oil companies using the profits to provide shelter and clean drinking water for every Earth citizen, which dramatically dropped the crime rate world wide.

In his spare time he liked to tinker, and invented the rashless shaving razor we all use today.

Upon his deathbed at the age of 168, when learning about the reformation of the polar ice caps; he was heard to say, "I only wish that I could have done more!"
