yeah thats up into the special forces stuff in both armies. our infantry are taught basic takedowns and "punch here= hurt more" but no actual martial arts. there are always martial atrs courses running (put on by the CF) that most soldiers take on their own time but it is not manditory.
the american army does the best they can but the problem they have is that the government has them spread to thin to do their job effectivally. that was my point on "Americas problem"
umm yeah im with pucks on this one. if anyone had bombed Canada(which I doubt that they would have cause up to that point we kept our nose out of other peoples business and only interfered when they asked) i doubt that we would go just attack any old country like Iraq when the terreoists clearly were not linked to that country. they were for the Majourity in Afghanistan with Saudi backgrounds.
umm actually there is a canadian side of things. hence the difference between "CA FOURMS" and "int'l fourms"
what the hell bud, quit bashing the bible. i myself do not follow religin but i still have the decency to respect others beliefs. just because you dont like it doesnt mean that it should be changed to suit you. christianity is one of if not the largets religin in the warold so they must be doing something rite. if you cant respect someone elses beliefs then get off this thing and go crawl back in bed with your boyfriend
Rickard red is pretty good, the honey brown is not to bad either. me i like a local brewery called the pumphouse(also a bar) its brewed rite here in moncton, they have some pretty good stuff, they even have a blueberry beer lol, good tasting but wouldnt want to get drunk off of it.
Motivation to me is when someone is actually grateful when they get my help. you wouldnt realize how many people dont want our help when we as firefighters(,police,paramedics) show up to a call and have to deal with "what took so long, Why are you hear, Why arnt you doing anything(if you were watching, or at least got out of our way you waould see that we were).
Im sorry for ranting, just had a bad one need to vent. burnt my shoulder, come out and the owner starts yelling cause theres to much damage to his house almost like its our fault.
But to the point motivation to me is when someone is truly grateful when we show up, a simple thank you makes the difference between thinking why are we here and thinking "hey, maby i actually accomplished something today.

well I guess the Army is moving me to CFB WAinwright Alberta. headin there on the 29th. I have never been further west than Ontario so its a completly new experience for me. anyway if any of you out that way want to chat or get together or anything of the sort let me know. not going to be available until about december or so(wont be around a computer and will be pretty much busy with outer stuff) anyway let me know.
