This topic has come up before under a different 'theme'. I am surprised that the organisation for Single Fathers hasn't challenged the constitutionality of the legislation currently in place.

This is not the proper forum to thrash this out in full, but it is worth stating that Single Fathers could bring an action in the Supreme Court in defence of the 'Childs' Personal rights as enshrined in Article 40.3.1 and 42.5

Article 40.3.1
"The State guarantees in its laws to respect, and, as far as practiable, by its laws to defend and vindicate the personal rights of the citizen."

Article 42.5
"In exceptional cases, where parents for physical or moral reasons fail in their duty towards their children, the State as guardian of the common good, by appropriate means shall endeavour to supply the place of the parents, but always with due regard for the natural and imprescriptible rights of the child."

If the emphasis of the argument is balanced in favour of the Child's rights being denied, then I believe there is some chance of success.

Dr. Love thinks that a relationship between Trealach and Crapology has a very good chance of being successful, but this doesn't mean that you don't have to work on the relationship. Remember that every relationship needs spending time together, talking with each other etc.

Do athiests exist? Surely the proof is, that if a person claims that there is no God, then the person making that claim, is in itself proof that they are athiest, and, being human by definition of being able to proffer such a 'thesis' is more than sufficient proof of their existence.

However, since an athiest does not believe in the existence of God, and God doesn't beleve athiests exist, then scientific proof is not avaiable.

Scientific proof is not necessary to prove the existence of God - an athiest is sufficient proof, since one can not oppose that which does not exist.

Absolutely, because some, not all, are trying to hide the fact from their spouse/partner that they are either playing around, or intend to play around, and therefore don't want to get caught.

There is the other side of the argument, that there are people such as teachers, who would not want to run the risk of being seen by one of the students - and that's perfectly understandable - but for the most part very few are in that position.

At the very least though, I would expect the person to be able to email a true photo of themselves, otherwise it shows a very suspect and sneaky side, which certainly isn't my cup of tea.

I have on my profile "No photo = No reply", because it prevents me from taking the risk of talking to a wierdo who is portraying himself as a woman - yep!! believe it or not, it has happened a few times.

To be fully human is to be fully perfect. It is the evil of sin, which distorts humanity. Since we are born with original sin, we have inherited from humanity precisely what it is.

I'm not so sure I would use as strong a term as 'evil', though I don't deny its existance, but there are probably as many reasons as there are people in the world to explain peoples differing behaviour. Perhaps Christianity and being Christian towards one another, when put into practise, would in my opinion and experience be a 'philosophy' which actually works - though I recognise there are those who totally oppose it. Hence they are lacking peace of mind and heart.

For whoever lacks peace and restfulness of heart, lacks also, the vital awareness of the hight peace of heaven, the good and gracious God; His own dear self.

Absolutely right. It seems that there are quite a few people who have little or no repsect for themselves or anyone else. It makes me wonder why people put on their profile "just here for the forums" - afterall it is a DATING site, not a free 'chat room'

Really? I thought Malta was nice, but nowhere near as appealing as some other countries I´ve visited.

I've lived and worked in 5 the following countries and visited the rest, and apart from home - Malta has to be the best.

Italy - France - Germany - Cyprus - Gambia - Malta - Channel Islands - Egypt - Israel - Gibraltar.

The short answer to the question asked, "Is america the most hated country? ..." is No. I don't subscribe to the paranoia that Americans are hated, but I do subscribe to the fact that the last 8 years of rule by a cowardly Village Idiot has brought the US into disrepute and grave mistrust because of his administrations Policies and Illegal actions on the world stage. The British obviously are delighted to take the 'back' seat and let the US take the blame - afterall what the US is doing today, the British have been doing for centuries. With the exception of Malta, virtually every country they invaded, ruled and then either left or got kicked out of, ended up with a civil war. They had the same 'policies' as the US has today - 'our way or the highway'. I think it's long past its time, for the US to wake up and smell the coffee. The policies of the last 8 years in particular, will no longer be tolerated.

As for the chant that the US hands out $$ is nothing short of a joke. It's easy to hand out money, when it's not yours to hand out. For every $ handed out 45% is owned by the Chinese, the bulk of the remaining 55% is owned by other countries from whom you have borrowed.
