As for exposing scammers on CS ... I strongly believe it needs to be done in public, on the Forum. Otherwise there going to be a lot of pain and broken hopes, and lose of trust in people.
When I get this kind of restless mind condition ... I go to work in a Garden ( digging helps a lot and weeding too) If it is a winter time ... I make a cup of nice hot tea with lemon) and read a book.
I do agree with the rest of posters ... nothing can free our mind and to take pressure off ... better than Making love.
