Hey Worshipper, she's out there, you just have to find her. Don't be afraid or intimidated by the ladies. If they turn you down, fine, move on and try again. I had never been married either. But I date whenever possible. Do you have friends or family members? See if they have female friends... ask them if their friends are single or interested in going out, even just as friends. Don't be too picky either... there are some gals that have a personality that will make you fall in love. Just keep your eyes and your heart open dude... just don't give up!

Well, for one, I would think about re-wording your profile. It sounds as if you are offering yourself up to be someone's doormat. Never a good idea.
Also, maybe starting some sort of workout routine might help. Most women probably prefer a man who takes care of his body. I'm just sayin'.

Not a problem, drivenbysound. Times are tough right now. And if I could really afford to, I would be more than happy to head out to my neighborhood 24-Hour Fitness for a 1 Hour Workout on the Weights. And keep doing it 5 times a week.

Thank you for the good advice, Santa Rosa Paul. Believe me, I have tried too, too many time to put the word out. I don't know sometimes. I do want to get married, eventually. At my age, that's all you are thinking about right now, is marriage.
I will just keep pecking away, she will be there, eventually. They use to say that for every Man there is on the earth, there are 3 Women. If that's the case, this Man does not have any of his "3 Women" there are on this Earth.
And that fact does not surprise me, considering the fact that in the Philippines(I don't know if it's true or not), the Women outnumber the Men by a ratio of 10 to 1.
Besides keeping my Eyes and Heart open, I just know that sometimes I have to keep my Mind open as well considering the fact that the Woman I have dated in the past were "Real Winners". Already I have been cheated on once, and that really does not help matters for my Self-Esteem.
My Self-Esteem is currently lower than dirt. But I will take your post to Heart, Santa Rosa Paul.
I will just keep pecking away, she will be there, eventually. They use to say that for every Man there is on the earth, there are 3 Women. If that's the case, this Man does not have any of his "3 Women" there are on this Earth.

Ok I hope this will get your self-esteem up a bit because without it you don't stand a chance! Now most of us are actually in the same boat... look around... would we be sending meaningless posts to meaningless forums if we had gotten lucky? I know... some still do but I don't think I'd be bothered or have time to...
Plenty of guys wrote when I was new, now they ignore me completely. My standards are high. So one problem most definitely is either having very high standards, or very low once so you don't catch anyone's attention. Try and find something to write that would stand out as original - I haven't read your profile I'm just giving a general sort of advice

I have read your profile, Symbolist Artist, and I thank you for your response. Well right now, to be honest with you, I don't expect to be hitting Home Runs everytime I come to the Plate. I just want to be Friends with a Woman. All relationships have to start somewhere. I read your profile, and I see no problem with it.
The only drawback I would see in your profile is the fact that you live in Finland, and being that I live in the Los Angeles area, I think that I would have a better chance at winning the California Lottery, than to be visiting Finland to meet you. Outside of that, I would not ignore you if you were to want to be friends with me.
