Well, I'll tell you what xpeejayx, if you were to be living in Los Angeles, and if you were to want to meet me, you would feel very differently about the Men you come across here on Connecting Singles. I must be an exception to your personal rule considering that I am here on Connecting Singles in hopes of finding a Lifetime Partner.
I believe that IT IS THE WOMEN who really the ones who are actually "Playing Games" here on this Website. One time, I was chatting with a Woman for 2-3 Hours here on Connecting Singles. We exchanged phone numbers and when I was calling her number, all I was getting was her Voicemal. I would leave her messages, and they never got retuned. One other time, a Woman did give me her number, we talked regularly, and I told here that I wanted to meet her. We set a date, and within the week when I was about to meet her, she left me a message saying "Somethng spiritual told her that I was wrong for her". And we never met.
After all I just told you. Do you still believe that Men are playing games here on Connecting Singles? But it's a shame that you don't live here in Los Angeles to see whether or not I am lying to you, because you live in Canada, meaning that you are in another country from me. Right now, I couldn't care less. Last sunday, we lost to Chelsea, the same Chelsea team the eliminated us in the Semi-Finals. And is currently leading the English Premiere League. As a Manchester United Fan, I say that we have to do something! First, we lost at Liverpool back on October 25, 2-0, then we lost at Chelsea, 1-0?
Our 2 Biggest Rivals in the English Premiere League got over on us, and that's not good for us right now. We need to send both teams(Especially Chelsea) a message that we will not be dominated by any one of them!
I really did not think that no one in Los Angeles really did care after seeing both the Dodgers and Angels lose in their respected League Championship Series. And possibly anyone else in the West Coast, unless they happen to be either Yankee or Phillies Fans.
Even though the Red Sox lost to Roy Halladay on Sunday, and got kicked around in Texas, and with the Yankees currently tied with the Red Sox in the American League East, let's not forget one thing. The Red Sox are currently 8-0 vs. The Yankees this season. ENOUGH SAID!
I have read your profile, Symbolist Artist, and I thank you for your response. Well right now, to be honest with you, I don't expect to be hitting Home Runs everytime I come to the Plate. I just want to be Friends with a Woman. All relationships have to start somewhere. I read your profile, and I see no problem with it.
The only drawback I would see in your profile is the fact that you live in Finland, and being that I live in the Los Angeles area, I think that I would have a better chance at winning the California Lottery, than to be visiting Finland to meet you. Outside of that, I would not ignore you if you were to want to be friends with me.

Thank you for the good advice, Santa Rosa Paul. Believe me, I have tried too, too many time to put the word out. I don't know sometimes. I do want to get married, eventually. At my age, that's all you are thinking about right now, is marriage.
I will just keep pecking away, she will be there, eventually. They use to say that for every Man there is on the earth, there are 3 Women. If that's the case, this Man does not have any of his "3 Women" there are on this Earth.
And that fact does not surprise me, considering the fact that in the Philippines(I don't know if it's true or not), the Women outnumber the Men by a ratio of 10 to 1.
Besides keeping my Eyes and Heart open, I just know that sometimes I have to keep my Mind open as well considering the fact that the Woman I have dated in the past were "Real Winners". Already I have been cheated on once, and that really does not help matters for my Self-Esteem.

Not a problem, drivenbysound. Times are tough right now. And if I could really afford to, I would be more than happy to head out to my neighborhood 24-Hour Fitness for a 1 Hour Workout on the Weights. And keep doing it 5 times a week.
It just stinks! I have had that happen to me 1,000s of times in my Lifetime. I just don't think nothing about it. As a Man, when a Woman tells me to be somewhere at a certain time, and when That Woman dosen't keep here end of the agreement, then that is a Woman I will never want to associate with.
This is a very serious game we are playing! We are dealing with people's emotions and feelings here when making a date. If you stand someone up, what does make the other person think of you? If you couldn't care less, fine. All you are doing is showing someone how little class you have.
Be a Better Person, and show enough class to the person you made an agreement with by keeping your date with the person you are about to meet, regardless of the situation.
