Nice piece of pork belly criss-crossed with a sharp knife. Run boiling water over, dry with paper towel & repeat 3 times. Salt reasonably heavy with sea salt add macadamia nut oil and massage in. Sprinkle bush spice and ground black pepper whilst a heavy based fry pan in heating on high heat. Once the pan is smoking add pork crackle side down and season flesh side taking care not to burn. Pre heat oven to 200c and once crackled turn belly and wack in oven for an hour. Serve with vegies of choice.............YUM
Love lamb and corned beef, roast beef but can't stand minced beef or steak.
Fish is good and love cooking any seafood and could eat chicken almost every day of the week.
Can't come at honey, the smell makes me sick {physically} not to mention the taste............YUK
LIke most vegies and grow my own except asparagus but working on that one.
