Well..... I dont know about anyone else, but I treat IMing as sort of a way to get to know someone on the spur of the moment..... like meeting out somewhere....... Off the wall, and completely above board...
When someone you IM simply opens their window, and lets you talk to yourself like an idiot?........ and NEVER responds to anything you've written...... It has happened to me enough to think I can't be the only one it has happened to...........
Perfect..... Nails are what you need to peel the skins of each individual orange slice, away from the pulp...... If your patient, and make a bowl of them, you will never enjoy an orange as much.....
Actually yes...... I do play the piano (but not a help concerning peeling an orange)
The trick is to take anything that can cut through the skin of the orange.... or any other citrus fruit you wish to peel.... of course a pairing knife works great, but i even use the cutout points on my house key... Penettrate the orange at the point where it was attached to the tree and cut through the orange skin all the way around till you reach the starting point..... then do the same thing again forming quarters with the skin...... do it right, and the peels will peel right off easily, and you wont get any juice on your hands......
I can peel an orange like this in 30 seconds.....
Sometimes its fun to race each other, or partners to see who can peel half a dozen the fastest.... then juice the oranges, and turn the juice into mimosa's (champagne and fresh orange juice)
If you learn, let me know, I lost my orange peel partner awhile ago......
I hope that doesn't sound too forward..................
So do I.... We have alot of citris groves here, and its possible to eat an orange within a minute of picking it..... That is if you know how to peel one quickly....... there is a secret to it......
I found a recipe online that recommends Pineapple... Bananas.... Strawberrys... and a dash of cinnamon and honey....
The recipe calls for layers of fruit honey, and cinnamon... seperated in between by desert crepes.....with a light spread on top of of pure maple syrup.... mmmmmmmmm
They say that eating this, eating green veggies, as well as staying away from red meats will make your gift to your lover sweet as pie and make either of you wanting to come back for more and more...
I used to run a circuit of places when we went "hopping" for the night......
My "home base" was DIZZY'S..... first place I ever played in a band for $$$... Had a "family" of friends there.......
From there we would hit a barrage of places....
Names like: Warsaw Wally's, The Loft, The Foggy Bottom, The Library, Harold's in Cave Creek, The Treehouse, The Satisfied Frog, The Driftwood, and of course the Do Drop Inn (for real - its on 7th Street in Phoenix - a crazy dive place) There were others as well... Greasewood Flats, Graham Central Station, and the party down location of mine (and alot of other peoples) first drinking days..... Mr. Lucky's
I don't do the regular haunt thing anymore..... probably because i have my own home bar/gameroom in which to entertain myself and friends.... I do like to throw a bash in there every now and again.... with live bands and musicians who like to sit in......
But....... If I did want to meet up with friends, we always choose Hazlewoods because the beers are cheap and BIG.....high definition tv's for sporting events, and the wings come out perfect every time...........
The dogs were baked into a pie!....... then they were forceably fed into the critic by means of a large funnel till he choked.... and well...... I am sure you can imagine the rest.....
Damn!........ No Vincent Price fans? Maybe he didn't have as much acclaim as I thought he had!......
Well........ I dont think anyone knows the answer to my third bonus question.......
Ok...... I'll wait a few more minutes... see if anyone gets the answer.... and if not..... well.... I might not tell, and keep it for next years contest.....
This place that you describe sounds wonderful!...... Only place I can compare to, that I have been, is the Ios Club..... but that was only on vacation, not a regular haunt like your establishment.....
Nice terrace..... watching the sun dip below the Mediterranean.....mmmmmmmmmm
WHAT DOES IT MEAN?.....................................................
I feel like the guy in the wizard of oz saying "dont pat attention to the man behind the curtain".....
