Perhaps it's a desire to be reunited with the source. It could also be deep in your subconscious level. Just because you don’t recall it or are unsure of it for the moment doesn’t mean you can’t desire it. Who is to say that you have never experienced it in the past life? Nice post.
I think riding a bike is experiential. It’s imbedded deep somewhere in the subconscious mind. I’m not sure if we are able to forget how to do that. I think Guitar Players comment above might also apply to this situation as well, in a different level of course.
Therefore, missing will make the process of a new love reunion more intense. Hmmm..Interesting. When you look at it that way, missing is not such a bad thing.
By the way, it seems obvious that the both of you posses that same intensity. It really shows.
