I like to paint or depending on the season, I have a tendency to go kayaking around Manhattan in the Hudson river. This to an extent, gives an interesting boost to my process of gratitude.
I am realizing that as I get older. Now I do my best to go beyond my normal means or as some would say “A quantum leap” based on goals. As far as I can tell, it’s not too late to jump the wire.
