I have the top loader but only because I am the type who likes control over it as I often add clothes that I have forgotten and I can stop and start when ever I want, plus the spinner is pretty powerful and get the clothes nearly dry.
That said I know the front loader is very popular, what ever you would be comfortable with. Its all a matter of taste.
I remember many years ago when we moved to Tas, the house we purchased had one of these early front loaders A Brevis I think well it was a big heavy old thing. The first time I started it I just put the washing in and left it well about 15mins later I heard this very loud bang... thud.... thud.I raced to the laundry and there in all its glory was the Brevis jumping around the the room spouting soap bubbles everywhere. I can laugh now but at the time it was terrifying as as I went in to turn it off it came jumping right at me and by this time the bubbles were starting to fill the laundry, the feeling of helplessness came over me because I swear that bloody thing knew I was there and was trying to to get me in a corner! somehow I got out, the bubbles by now were going down the hallway. It came to me! the power box... turned the main power off and went to survey the damage never seen so many bubbles in all my life. Dents in walls but lucky. Found out after that these monstrosities had to be cemented into the floor and the previous owners took their good washer and placed this one in its place.
O Boy I tell you its far easier to pick out a yearling than a Man anyday, good legs, big bum, good overstep,at least 12 inches over,a real wiggle as well, large ears, kind eyes,I like a relaxed bottom lip or look at me I am speciel type of arrogance. Its Ok Guys Thats a Horse.Had great success that way. Cant seem to put that Experties into finding a man though, dont know why.
Not much... but in limbo at the moment trying to keep this farm up too scratch while it is up for sale hard at moment as had an op on left arm cant do much.Driving me crazy. Thanks for caring
A T.bred foal one day old looking around at his new world with joy then taking off as fast as he can his long legs going everywhere tripping up! and falling to the ground as often as not, staying there to go fast asleep to get stronger by the second,Mum rushes up all in a flap see's he is ok and goes to sleep beside him.
