Agree completely....but the Family Court is a law unto itself no one is allowed to criticize it.... media or anyone and this stinks.
So many people who have no money haven't got a chance.
You are right! the judge hasn't got time.
And the Lawyers sometimes keep it going until you have nothing left.
Try and sue a lawyer.

The only hope you have got is try and get round your ex for the sake of the children even if you don't mean it.
I just wish my daughter had done that but she also had to deal with the evil mother in law who ran the show....you have no idea.

I know its hard that your ex will be very anti about making her stay where she doesn't want to.

Its hell while all this is going on,an affidavit is not worth the paper it is printed on.
The most terrible thing we found out was its not who tells the truth its who lies the best.Even if caught out lying on an affidavit the court does nothing!!!! its not worth the paper it is written on.

The awful thing was !her ex did not give a stuff about his child it was his mother and sister who wanted her.
But in the end and one hundred thousand dollars later my daughter got full custody, her ex hasn't bothered to to get in touch or see his child which he can do anytime.

But while this was all going on it was pure hell on earth.
Be prepared... read up on the Family Court System and only believe half of what you read.As it stinks.

Just be strong stay calm and forget about any relationships at the moment until you sort this out.

If you are down dont attack, just ask for our support you will get it,this is why I still stay on the great site ...think about it.

Wow all of them ! I have only been to South Molle,Hayman,Hamilton and
Ah Club Med Lindermen Island they tired me out had to come home for a holiday,so much fun though.

The Family Court sucks, it all gets down to who has the most ruthless and clever Lawyer Mother or Father.

Without one you are history, in the best interest of the child what a joke.

Why not go to one of the most beautiful places in the world the Whitsundays.Its another world, the sea is clear as glass and deep aqua.So warm and clean.
Been there many times South Molle Island is wonderful and the meals are all in.
Daydream Island is good as well.They have good specials this time of the year.Get some brochures and see what you think.

I am on here because it is fun and I have dated many guys before I found my life partner.I was on 3 other dating sites apart from CS.

I have been on here a few years! first single and in the last 9 months in a relationship.

In all that time I never met anyone to date on this site I look on it as a social site, my darling man knows I am on here and trusts me completely I have NEVER cheated on anyone as before that I was married for nearly 38yrs.

As I told Norm, CS does not mind and! I do think its none of your business.Funny its only guys that complain about this, two I believe.
In fact I think Normal and you would get on very well.You have the same outlook on life.

I don't know why Julia Gillard does not call Bob Browns bluff as no way would he want to have another election! the Greens would be gone....because of the way the voting public is feeling about the minority parties at the moment.

Oh my darling you know what I think of you..you are an incredible human being who I am proud to call my friend I just only hope we can meet one day and that goes for your sister too.

What you both have been through in your lives is terrible and how you both have turned into the people you have become today is a miracle.

I know if I ever needed you both you would be here for me even though we have never met.
This is how I rate people nothing else.

You are a very beautiful and a mainly very kind lady but I have always trod carefully around you as sometimes you are like a loaded gun, as for being called a Tart are there any nowadays .

Bonsi I do not know you very well but you seem ok to me(not that you care lol)but I do know you have health issues and my heart goes out to you I understand what you are going through.

Both of you must have issue's that are upsetting both of you not related to this forum as it seems an outlet for you both to insult each other and take it out on each other.

It takes two to tango cant you both see it is becoming a form of entertainment on one upmanship the trouble is the ripple effect is catching,then taking sides could come into play

This petty back stabbing has to stop NOW.

I have been on this forum for a long time through good times and bad.But not at the start.
I have Never been part of it!! anything I have to say is said for everyone to see.As the older members have seen in the past.

When I first joined this forum I could not believe that some grown ups could act like this.

The meanness, ganging up getting innocent people thrown off here was pathetic and utterly reprehensible.You have no idea that adults could be like this.

It was achieved by plotting and manipulating behind the scenes.
I know who was deeply involved and it was done out of jealousy
and power.Sad .... you bet.

I did not take sides how could I ??? as it got so involved that that little groups were forming everywhere.School stuff.
The bad side of human nature on this forum.

Ralf my angel you are so right it is so good to see that
you have had enough as well as have others too.

This forum was nearly closed down as so many innocent members left in disgust most never to return.Only about 3 or 4 members were left but slowly it built back up with really great people.

This Aus and NZ forum has come back to how it should be !!a friendly happy place.
