I do too I am much worse ....if I want to make a point I use all capital letters.

I remember Serene saying a quite a while ago she hates the overuse of capital letters' its funny even now if I use them I think .....oh dear hope Serene doesent see this.

For two long years I sat and grieved, ventured into online dating joined up on a few free or very reasonably priced sites started dating in my area and so very slowly got confidence.
I thought that at my age who would even look at me...that was the hard part.
Soon found out many felt the same for the over 55s it was an alian envoiroment to meet someone this way.

I was lucky my first guy was a country Electrician who didn't know what had hit him (weeel) it was well over two yrs for me remember

No way was I ready to settle down again, really enjoyed myself for a time....the freedom to pick and choose was an experience in itself.

But you have to put yourself out there ...for the most part they are decent people just like we all are! and you soon learn to sort out the wheat from the chaff.

I have found the some men! take it harder than woman around our age group,as for the rest like kids in a lolly shop.

If everybody thought like that... the chances of finding someone is virtually nil.

But then its easier ....we can protect ourselves from anymore hurt by sitting home alone at night with just the Computer for company and a glass of something by our sides.

We are not meant to be alone.

For 5 Min's and then I thought nah don't be bloody childish woman....SO I went in and canceled it..... if Rob is still blocked he shouldn't be ...never tried it before and wont be in a hurry to do it again unless any bullies are about.

Exactly !!!what a waste.You wont know until you at least meet and greet.

I wasn't really interested in my wonderful guy and through his sheer persistence did I agree to meet him.
It is so hard as not only do you have to fancy them... they have to fancy you too.

I just think you try to take control (JMO) sometimes and there IS such a thing as hijacking a thread which I took offence to.

Why dont you start a few threads of your own sometimes. as I am sure they would be very informative and entertaining as you have a good knowlidge of many things.

My favourites are the Rabbit and the Dog you just cant go wrong with them.

The Rabbit is compatable with the Pig and the Dog.
