RE: The Weekend Australian has tallied 32 MPs who, as of last night, supported Mr Rudd, while Ms Gillard

Even worse Rudd took the job off Steven Smith,I think Gillard gave Rudd the pick of the plum jobs, why' I have no idea ...except to keep him out of the country for as much as possible. dunno

RE: The Weekend Australian has tallied 32 MPs who, as of last night, supported Mr Rudd, while Ms Gillard

I dont like Gillard either but as i have said before is put someone safe honest and reliable in like Steven Smith....nah they would eat him alive.

History tells us I say once again Liberals are by far the better at balancing the books And... they will get rid of the Carbon Tax (what a joke)as you know of all the disasters and lies that Labour has committed so far just the name Liberal should cause a sigh of relief to the Voters.

Tony Abbott is just one man and at least they dont air there dirty laundry like the Labour lot are doing at this time.

I have never seen anything like it in all the years I have followed politics,Rudd will get rolled on monday if he dares to stand against Gillard.

Also no one in their right mind would resign when they are still abroad
it gives Gillard a big advantage at home.

I bet the independents are feeling very uncomfortable at the moment if I was them I would jump ship and join the Libs if they want to keep their cushy jobs.
As for the greens dohif they had their way we would be paying the Government all our wages just to live in this country.JMO

RE: The Weekend Australian has tallied 32 MPs who, as of last night, supported Mr Rudd, while Ms Gillard

Fun and games! Rudds resigned Gillards called for the vote on monday.
Treasurer Swan has exploded telling everyone what a worm Rudd is (we already knew that)the knives are out in earnist and Rudd will end up with the knives well and truly in his back,as he should have been 12 months ago.

What a pathetic lot this Labour Gov are but Rudd takes the cake lets hope he crawls back under the stone from whence he came cause this guy is BAD.

RE: Epicurean Philosophy To Happiness

Desire....Hmmmm so you cannot desire anything OK...get off this site you cannot desire anyone, you cannot desire Gold thats greed as well, or anything if you think about it.
Without desire you may as well pack up and go home. dunnoonly teasing.

I have never believed some saying animals cannot reason,my Goldens Shane and Rio reason and make decisions all the time, the old boy takes his time thinking about it and its right one but the young one makes snap decisions and often its the wrong one...it truly wonderful to watch how their minds work.

RE: if the sattellites were knocked out ,could we still go back to the old ways ,penand paper?

Just email me as I have no conditions on anyone from Aus.

Thank you.wave

RE: Epicurean Philosophy To Happiness

I agree I have no idea what you have attained, just going on your reply to AA.
Just because I am a realist does not make me any different to people of different faiths I am agnostic so I would be thrilled if I had proof otherwise.
I cannot hurt any man or beast I believe that animals are pure of thought and it is how they are treated is what they become.
In fact I prefer their company to a lot of humans I have met.

dunno

RE: Epicurean Philosophy To Happiness

I read it and I know it is a wonderful religion to learn from ....you have stated that you follow Buddhism....I am sorry Rob I dont think you are quite there yet looking at your reply to AA DO YOU.dunno confused wave

RE: Epicurean Philosophy To Happiness

Yes it is all about being happy which in this mad bad world is becoming increasingly hard to do.

Many have sat on their bums all their life asking about the meaning of life and have found out too late that you are born you live and then you die,do I regret things I have done Yes! if I could go back in time would I change some things Yes!

All I can do is make the best out of the hand that was dealt me which I am now trying to do.

Be Happy Whyst. hug hug teddybear

RE: Epicurean Philosophy To Happiness

Who'a there Rob.... is it do as I say NOT as I do! I have sometimes thought the very same thing about you but of late I have let it pass as you have learnt so much from the Internet and I thought good on him...just a shame you cant do anything with this knowledge now as you have had so many battles in your life that took up your productive years and reading between the lines I understand the Bitterness, frustration and grief it has caused you.

You most of all must realise everyone is allowed to have a different opinion and not be criticised for it surely, for the record I found what he said so very true.JMO

I know this man, he has been a good friend always treating me with kindness and respect bless him, I hear him now saying let it go.... sorry AA I cant as that was cruel and uncalled for.

As for Philosophy.....What is????????

You are judging someone as you should be judging yourself perhaps.

I have noticed of late that only a few of our members are coming on here
now, I think a lot of you are bored with this forum. There are not any threads that are controversial or interesting any more,Plus I think familiarity
breeds contempt as nobody even gently flirts with each other.

I would hate to see this forum just fade away from sheer boredom as this is what is happening...So instead of just having a look and then go Put up an interesting thread that is worth posting on and that means you.

RE: The Weekend Australian has tallied 32 MPs who, as of last night, supported Mr Rudd, while Ms Gillard

You have hit the nail on the head.I dont know why Abbot has to wear his bugie snugglers as I think most of the female population cannot stand them.
Oh have you noticed... the guys that wear them have Nothing to brag about anyway.

grin please please please please

RE: The Weekend Australian has tallied 32 MPs who, as of last night, supported Mr Rudd, while Ms Gillard

I agree about Bill Shorten he is a slimy piece of work just biding his time.Malcolm Turnbull is pro Carbon Tax so I hope he wont become the Leader of the Libs.
All the problems Gillard has encountered Rudd would be behind the lot and until Labour can kick him out they dont stand a chance.grin

RE: The Weekend Australian has tallied 32 MPs who, as of last night, supported Mr Rudd, while Ms Gillard

Ah but it seems that there is a rat in the ranks that is why Gillard has gagged all of her ministers from speaking to journalists.... we all know Rudd is behind all of it, hell hath no fury like a Rudd scorned.

When labour votes Gillard out lets hope they will vote in Steven Smith or the like because if Rudd gets power again all of Aus is done for as he really is a very nasty piece of work.dunno

RE: SchooL CrusheS ...
