I hope my next place will have at least an acre of land,I would love a Mini Horse with an Alpaca for company.

The Miniatures are small but they still have that lovely horsey smell about them.

Knowing me I would probably try to house train them so they could come inside. used to have a Shetland called Bobby rescued him he was living in a chook pen poor little mite.

He was as kind as bless him,he used to walk into the kitchen but didnt like the tiles so walked rather quickly out again.

I hate the heat.... hope it will be gone by the time we leave for Vic Harbour,haven't gone far while this heatwave is on.
Checked on the weather in Vic Harbour its 38 with high winds but drops dramatically in a couple of days.

I hope I like it there as it could come into the mix when we sell this place.

My Guy who came from SA originally says it too dry there and he would like somewhere greener to retire to

But a lot greener means the cold of Tassie or tropical with high humidity ....no such thing as perfect so compromises will have to be made.

If we go somewhere dry nothing to stop us putting in rainwater tanks and have our own little Oasis in the backyard.Solar heating is a must.

There can be a way around anything.

All I want is a light and bright house Open plan with plenty of space in the living area... bedrooms up one end, think we will have to build.
In the meantime buy a big cheap Caravan to live in.. then sell when house is built.

Of course I expect nothing will go to plan.

Controversial threads

Have any of you noticed that when ever a controversial thread is posted
one or two new members join in.

I find that really odd as it seems that whenever there could be a chance for them to really let their anger out at at something or someone there they are.

Makes me wonder what they want from connecting singles in the first place.

Thank You Merri that is very kind... but we leave on a Saturday and it will take 10 hours of travelling from Benalla to Victor Harbour and we don't go as far as Adelaide then we leave the following Saturday.
We could have flown over but because we are taking our two Golden's we have to drive....you are a sweetheart.

My guys Daughter, Two sisters and a Brother are in the area we are renting a holiday house on Hindmarsh Island for a week still got a couple of them to meet.
At least there is the beach to walk along.

I would say my Dyson is the same model as yours DC.11 ...they are very expensive mine cost $800 back then, about the same price still.

Its the ride on mower that can be repaired, but dont think the Dyson can will try the service centre tomorrow but wont hold my breath.

I am fed up, lawn mower playing up now my Dyson Vac is giving up the ghost.... motor making awful noise.

Now waiting for the next thing as when something goes wrong it always comes in three's. I know has to be a coincidence but it always happens.

Its a throw away society now as I doubt I will be able to get my Dyson repaired.Yup really grumpy now...

Club Med on the Whitsundays was the best holiday for me, complete relaxation no cooking, just white sand and the clear aqua coloured sea.

If you have a convection oven built into your microwave that is just the same as a regular oven.

If that is the case you can roast or bake just the same.

Um..... Rob dear I think you need a woman in your life just to make sure you are eating properly and looking after yourself.
