If you are going to rent the property be very very careful. The more you spend on it the better type of person you will get.
If it is close to the beach you can make a lot of money renting to holiday makers. Funny thing is a lot of landlords/ladies are now renting with pets allowed, its a win win situation as most who want to bring there pets with them on holiday are good people ...when we rented in Victor Habour SA we payed a surcharge of $5 dollers a day each dog.
It was a nice place but it cost $160 a day plus two dogs.Oh and about 5min to beach.
Well I tried every which way until nothing worked at all so threw caution to the wind tried reinstalling XP,it did not want to do it as had that damn shell (TM).1 but ignored it and kept pressing on. nothing to lose ...some how it loaded it. Then didnt want to load Explorer 8 (same thing) it loaded in the end. One thing I have learnt.... is dont do every thing the computer and programs tell me.
Anyway thanks Rob for your help because it got me there in the end and I now know that little bit more.
Thanks Rob tried that... but there is one problem my operating system is XP so no wonder I cant find it ...its a real conundrum. This is typical I have a penchant for getting into unlikely scenario's
Um thankyou so much dear Revealer but burn an ISO image same DVD. sorry
I have tried to reinstall with my Operating system CD XP professional service pack 3....but all I got was cant install until I uninstall windows powershell (TM)1. GUESS WHAT... cant find that damn powershell anywhere.
I remember when it got so hot in WA. I was living in Glen Forest it must have been 1971 sat in a cold bath and it heated up around me. Quite a change from the cold of England.
You are right of course, but figure this! we have a Telstra Tower on our property which they pay rent for the land....but if anyone comes over and has a Telstra mobile they cant get a signal here TPG's carrier is Optus and my mobile is clear as a bell.
Big Pond got rid of them years ago. I am now with APG, it costs me $9.95 a month I get $180 worth of phone calls and free calls to any mobiles that are also on APG. It suits me as all I use my mobile for is to make calls. Its handy not being on a plan.
I have mislayed Explorer 8.... it took off when somehow windows service pack 3 dissapeard and service pack 2 was left to run the show at a snails pace. Computer then refused to download or open up anything. After many hours of toiling with the damn thing windows 3 reloaded again...hell knows how I did it
But cannot find or download Explorer 8 for my XP.I am now on Fire fox seems its anybodys but it aint alf bossy and very greedy with all its bells and whistles I have to ask permission to do anything now....think I will delete it and stick with Google Chrome until Explorer wants or decides to come back.
I really thought that I had at least got an inkling of how these contraptions work but NO must accept I am a downright computer dummy.
Interesting about Mg and Ca because Vitamin E selenium wont work if taken with Iron supplements... they cancel each other out for horses anyway... if I remember rightly.
I met my guy on another dating site ....BUT CS.is a great site for making friends I have met some wonderful people on here.
I think one of the problems is that some go on looks alone even if they are quite plain themselves....this is where meeting someone in the flesh is so much better as a lot of us take an awful photo.
I suppose I eat fast food once every 6 months at the very most. There is danger in everything we do in life ....its just a matter of trying to sidestep one thing or another.
All I can think of is that you have never married and ummmm..... maybe you could get more pics as the one you put on CS is not all that flattering. sorry you did ask.
Oh Dags thats wonderful.... must say this latest pic is a great improvement on the long hair and beard, looking at you I have no idea why you wanted to hide behind them anyway.
When we move we have decided to move somewhere between Newcastle and Port Macquarie.... semi tropical I think will suit me fine.
Its so very dry here in Victor Harbour SA going home tomorrow, too much of a desert,Lived in Devonport Tas for many years, summers wonderful but the winters are so wet and miserable.
Quite liked Callala Beach but so built up everywhere around it and a bit cold in winter.
No weather is perfect but can get close........I hope.
Oh my dear I know exactly what you are getting at,but remember some of these members are lonely and depressed.... often all they have for company at night is a bottle of alcohol to keep them company, and it brings out all the pent up frustrations.
My ex was not a pleasant drunk and at times it was hell,it got so bad that I stopped going out to parties and get togethers knowing what was to come..... he was abusive and sometimes violent, over the years I tried everything to stop him but nothing worked.
I think this is one of the reasons I have never drank alcohol as I find drunks on the whole unapproachable and I would hate to make a fool or nuisance of myself, happy drunks I dont mind at all as it shows their true nature.
The good thing is that when they are drunk you can find out what they are really like.So there is an upside.
Last day at Hindmarsh Island (SA)been a good week started off quite cold but temp has been getting higher every day.
It is now 34 degrees and rising ...not happy the air con is doing a great job but prefer to stay in the house as cannot be out in this heat for too long...just wondered how many of you enjoy this type of weather.
You lovely people from Queensland need not reply as I know you relish the tropical climate with the high humidity.
