Electric Light Bulbs.

Out of the blue a young foreign guy knocked on my door today and asked if I was using the latest power saving light bulbs, I said some.
He showed me his credentials and proceeded to go through the house taking all my light bulbs out power saving or not...then putting in all these new ones in which I had traipse behind him to pass up to him from this box.

Not one bulb escaped him.... even trotted over to the stables and changed them over, by then I had just worked out what was going on and managed to grab 3 of my smaller bulbs back to reinstall in my bedside lamps which now had these great squiggly things protruding out of the top.
I am now sure he gets paid by the government on how many bulbs he replaces.

In the bedrooms and study he had to find smaller bulbs to put in as the others would not fit ....but NOW here we are with very dim lights everywhere and cant see anything in the study or bedrooms so bad is the light.

So now I am going to have to get some new 100watt bulbs.
It was free but I was not even asked!!! it was just done.

I happen to like light and bright NOT dim and grim.

Ok try this ...start at your toes say go to sleep toes, same for ankles then slowly move up the body.

The funny thing is that it works because whenever you have told some part of your body in (secquence of course) to go to sleep its like you cant feel that part anymore.

Its odd that I have never got further than my thighs must have fallen asleep.

Cant understand how it works but it does.

Now all I have to do is find something to KEEP me asleep for more than 3hrs.

Never been to one of those parties in my life an absolute rip off.Its more of a social thing for many people.
Didn't mind the Avon specials as they were well priced and it was one on one.

My daughter Bev did that in a race when a horse lost his footing. After she came off she was sitting on the track looking at her thumb it was right round the other way and hanging down! she just straightened it put it back into its socket and rode in all the races for the rest of the day and won a race as well.
She could not ride for another 8 weeks after and her thumb looks pregnant as well.
Marvelous how adrenalin kicks in I would have passed out on the spot just looking at it.

Hmm found that a bit seedy but that would have changed as that was a couple of yrs ago.Will name a few good ones for you as well Faithe,will message you as CS might get a bit upperty.

Good for you Kizzy.My Ex just kept getting our joint Visa Card into more and more debt,then when he left he was still drawing on it so reported it stolen.
At least hid the chequebook..... learnt from last time.
Left me with a debt of over thirty thou on the Visa.
