I'm concerned, specially with Chinese buying so much land in Australia, particularly Queensland, their interest yielding casino ventures is astronomical. I heard they're also doing it in SA.
I have also some fascinating experience with Mexico and the Caribbean but like I have said with Sergio, US, provides everything that can make life easier.

Sergio, agreed with you. With all the beauty of St. Moritz, interlaken, Andermatt, I can't truly trade it with Colorado (Pikes peak), the variety of our landscape as polarized as Hawaii with Alaska, New York and New Jersey.
