My love of my life, cheated after our 11th year together, that;s when it really hurts. So count your blessings you only lost a year, and keep moving forward. Hey it's all your choice, I learned from nearly dying what to belive in, I went on several years soul searching to find what I felt was right,I am now spiritual, I belive in me , I believe in a higher power but I do not believe in man made religions.
When I was dying of my heart disease and stroke level diabetes, I was the one able to tell doctors what was wrong with me, I had the dreams, cause I believe in a power above me, I turned all my troubles over to him. After that all my needs, not wants were taken care of. The doctors found I was right and fixed the problem. But see I had to believe in me and my own gut feelings also.
My daughter seen this for herself, she now believes. She Seen how my cat that never gave a crap about us until then,walked side by side me everwhere I went until after the doctors put a stent in my heart. Even my landlord made comment about it, it was wild, That was a mean cat, but then it turned to walk side by side with me, and sleep on my chest.. I never cared that much about cats. Dogs yes I have seen them sense stuff quick but this cat.And listen to your own deep feelings.
That may not seem like much but I believe in spiritual stuff, If we really love some one, we can feel and sense what we need to do.
Even simple animals can and will do it, well cause they know to listen to gut feelings.
So all the power is in your own choice and gut feelings.

Ooops I forgot to answer the question, I don't see them as wimps at all. But then I can be very attracted to nerds too, and many think they are wimps, but I haven't found many of them that are either.
