I admire the guy for reversing course and actually working to reduce the deficit, but he did not eliminate the deficit like Clinton did. I think he did a lot of good work laying the foundation for Clinton's reduction of the Debt by raising Taxes, but to say that 41 did not borrow is a lie. If there was a deficit, he was borrowing.
