Mountains to climb feeling the wind in my hair. Hearing the whisper of the trees standing tall on there foundation of hard and sturdy rock. Seeing in the distance the stream of water flowing against the mountains that hold it close. Tasting sweet freedom that is mine to take and feel in my heart. Is this my dream it only comes to me in the dark.
star lights from heaven above please light my path as I climb to the top of my heaven, my mountains. Im leaving a piece of me along the path of my steps. I leave my sweat, tears, and laughter in rememberance of me. Can you see what I see the magic and beauty of the life that was given to me. I see things that have no importance, but to me its all I have. what I hold inside my memories of the person I used to be and the feeling of wanting her to come back at times.
Am I gone, did I disappear and no one can see me. I cant be gone the mountains are still there so I am alive. I am here. Deep down where no one can see, only me, are my hopes, wishes and dreams. I want out of this body, out of this mind. if only I can get to the top of my mountain high in the sky so i can drop all my fears and insecurites to the rocky bottom. I want to live my life free of guilt, shame, and fear that lurks inside me, waiting to take my last breath from me.
On my mountain I want to feel the wind on my face, blowing away the sadness and bringing in happier times. I want to hear the sound of peace that only this place brings me. I want to see the wind play in the trees and help the birds find there way home. I want to taste everything one breathe at a time. My mountains please wait for me, I will come to be your friend.
i dont know the answers to your questions...but have a story for you guilty....
there was once this man who came to the forums sometime ago...the first impressions he made with ppl here werent the best, he mocked, he hurt, and made others feel bad...as time went on he started to chill out to an extent and i think some even began to like him...not all, but some. he actually began to interact in a more dignified manner and was quite funny...then poof he was gone....just a story you know..just for fun...
Waking up alone Going to bed alone cuddling with the blanket instead of a person no one to talk and understand if you had a bad day no one to celebrate your successes with ...hmm sucks!
not a whole lot different for me being single to not when I have kids...
i still dont get the remote i still have to cook and it goes around what someone wants i get questioned where im going and when i am coming home the place still gets trashed with 2 boys the toliet seat is always a question i have to share my chocolates cuss....i dont know what its like to be single yet...
there have been a couple that have left or taken a time out for very different reasons then for pity or recognition...those i'm glad for the goodbye thread so we can say what we would like to them in our own way. I'm glad they gave us the opportunity to let them know how much they mean to us and look forward to a return...
ship yours was different...you were leaving for the positive at the time, not for pity or wanting others to beg you to stay...yours was good...i wish things would of worked out for you...but am really glad you came back...
July 4th, we have a get together at a park with a bbq and then go the firework shows in the night.
memorial day we all go together take flowers to our passed loved ones and celebrate them with a favorite meal and rememberance time.
christmas eve my siblings and the kids all spend the night at my parents, go to candle light service at night and we all sleep in the same room like when we were lil, but now instead of 3 of us it's with our kids too. we bring out air mattress and all 10 share the room and laugh at the kids since they cant sleep cuz of christmas morning...anticipation...
birthdays are never missed, always have some sort of party...same for graduations...
i'm lucky for the family i have, even tho it can be hard at times....
