Since the smoking ban came in i've suffered badly from cigarette smoke at work. People now smoke outside my office window and the smoke pours in. I've been in touch with the so called 'smoke enforcement' dept, they say, because the smoking is taking place outside, there's nothing i can do. Before this ban came into force this problem didn't arise.
Oil Truth is not truth it all. It’s a snakeoil salesmans pitch to buy his line of survival gear and how to manuals. Remember the nuclear doomsday clock? It was the clock counting down the minutes until nuclear armageddon would destroy the earth. Remember it used to be only minutes away from midnight? What time is it now? Remember the back in the 70’s, the liberal junk science about the coming “ice age.” Now it’s global warming. Hey, who turned up the heat?
Call me old fashioned, but i open a door for a woman whether i know her or not, its just something i do automatically without thought. As far as a partner is concerned, i would carry her bags, in fact when walking along a street i always walk to her right (when in the uk) so as to be nearest the passing traffic. Sometimes the little things can matter.
Skoda was taken over by Volkswagen in 1990. Since then it has tried hard to cast off its poor reputation and has been mainly successful. Present day Ladas' no longer are the brunt of many jokes such as,
Maybe only shown in the uk, The Catherine Tate Show is a prime example of how foul language can be quite hilarious. In one sketch she plays a sweet old grannie, sweet that is till she comes out with the line,
"What a f**king liberty"
This is usually then followed by a tirade of abusive language that somehow, because its coming from an 'old woman' doesnt offend and is in fact most amusing.
Swearing in my opinion, when done at the right time can add colour and substance to many a statement. However, if it is overdone and repeated over and over again, the impact is lost and it becomes meaningless.

And why are lawyers so rich?
