Thanks, will be grand. Straightforward enough here, you have to be living apart 5 years and in agreement about it. we have both signed the papers so wont be any problems.
One thing that helped me was to look on every craving for a cigarette as some of the nicotine leaving my body and screaming to be replaced, I refused to replace it and after a few weeks it is gone altogether.
I think that when it is a case of the OP knowing that the person they are referring to will read the thread then they have to be prepared for the fallout from that. I dont think that people should change their views on the issue because they know the people involved and might like one more than the other.
In my personal opinion though some things should be discussed in private.
Something like this has happened to most of us at some stage during our time online, as others have said just block the silly feker and move on. As with in real life there are all kinds of people at least here you can delete them.
