Well for me it certainly has turned out that way. I joined just after Christmas 2008 after another season of being single I decided to be proactive and swore I wasnt spending another Christmas like that lol didnt work out that way.
Have made some great friends though and even been to meets in Glasgow and Scotland. The site has got me through many a lonely winters night and am greatful for that.
Well LM it sounds to me like you arent interested in him anymore, sure he is a nice guy but he doesnt ring your bell....be honest if you fancied him you would love the way he is. I dont believe there is such a thing as to nice I reckon it is that he is more into you than you are him and it is irritating you, not fair on him really.
This is something that confuses me to. Unfortunately if this thread goes the way of others that have asked the same question it will end up a religion bashing thread to.
I took my wedding ring off about a year after we seperated, it is in my jewellery box, it was a family heirloom and will go to one of the children. I sold my engagement ring and took the children on their first foreign holiday.
I reverted to my maiden name but didnt have to do it by deed poll as it was my name on my birth cert, I just had to start using it again.I dont hold with the notion that it confuses the children, they had their Dads name and I had my Dads name.
That was the point of my first post, I only work 22.5 hours, contracted to an agency, the others in the College will be out on strike and picketing the entrances, which is their right. My problem is that if I pass the picket it will cause bad feeling with the ppl I work with each day and if I dont I could lose the job altogether because I would be breaking my contract with the agency.
