I'm glad you are feeling better.. and especially glad Robert has his very clever Iphone that you can watch the games on while spending boring time in hospital.
Hopefully the lovely nurses cheer you up too! ...

I agree.. I used to eat whenever.. and it was all over the place. I found it MUCH easier to lose weight when I ate little and often.. It does work.
On a good day.. I'll have oatmeal for breakfast.. fruit between that and lunch. Hoisin Duck wraps for lunch and a big smoothie.. some prawns and chicken in the afternoon for nibbles.. Fish and veggies for dinner... HUGE bowl of fruit and fat free yogurt for dessert.
eat like that and I lose weight.
On a bad day..
eat nothing all day.. then a MASSIVE Indian takeaway for dinner.. ... and I gain weight?
