Well, South Asian culture is a combination of different cultures, values and traditions. However, the culture - of which all of the characters belong - does not have such incidents very common.
One of the respondent, came up with a very good point, which might have lead to the extra-marital affair of the wife; owercrowding. However, what I could not understand is that how come that the husband closed his eyes from the ongoing relationship between his wife and the boy next door.
Such events might be rare in the real life, but it does not mean they do not exist. They exist. However, the question arises about their frequency. What percentage of the couples might have such affaires ( on both men and women sides ).

I would like to discuss ‘infidelity’ between married couple - based on a true story, and to know you see it. And, your opinion indeed….
A married couple, with 4 children, of South-Asian origins living in one room apartment ( including kitchen and bathroom, but not the toilet, which is located in the hall way and shared by all the residents of that floor) in Paris.
The wife, around 38 years old, has an extra marital relationship for years with a guy - 25 years old from her own community - who lives in the next one room apartment. Two, out of 4 children, are believed to be from her lover not the husband. There is enough evidence to believe that her husband knew each and every thing about her wife and the guy, but pretends that he knows nothing! The relationship between husband and wife is going fine, while the wife is also maintaining a healthy relationship with the guy.
At the moment, I leave it up to you how do you see all this. I will include my input from time to time! Let us find out reasons and possible results of it
Well .... My experience has not been so pleasant frankly. Big room turned to be small, calm locality turned out to be noisy, specially around dawn. bla bla bla

Well, to me, indeed it feels good. And, there are lots of others who feel in the same way. But, I am trying to find out the link between helping some one and feeling happier. If happiness is a state of mind then how ease of some one ( whom I have helped out ) affects my state of mind? I hope I made myself clear!

In today's world, money is something which makes the wheel of life move on. Almost every person is running after the money. I dont say that making money is a bad thing but some times I do wonder that by accumulating lots of monetary reservoirs, what actually we want to get ? As a human, what is our actuall objective? By getting lots of money in our banks, do we get what we really want to have ??
The tragic event of 9/11 is still covered by the clouds of doubts and suspicion. There are lots of people in Europe and America who do believe that 9/11 has been inhouse job ....!
As far as Islam is concerned .... one thing is for sure that Islam does not allow such terroristic activities, neither in islamic country nor in non-islamic. However, even if the attack on Afghanistan was the right decision why US is trying to borker a deal with Taliban to leave the country in a respectfull manner? Why Usama has not been caught yet ? Why still Al-Qaida is in position of plotting the blast of a US plane at Christmas eve?
What is over is over... the question is that how we can make this world a better place for our future generations and the posterity

A man was sick and tired of going to work every day while his wife stayed home. He wanted her to see what he went through so he prayed:
"Dear Lord: I go to work every day and put in 8 hours while my wife merely stays at home. I want her to knowwhat I go through, so please allow her body to switch with mine for a day. Amen."
God, in his infinite wisdom, granted the man's wish.
The next morning, sure enough, the man awoke as a woman. He arose, cooked breakfast for his mate, awakened the kids, set out their school clothes, fed them breakfast, packed their lunches, drove them to school, came home and picked up the dry cleaning, took it to the cleaners and stopped at the bank to make a deposit, went grocery shopping, then drove home to put away the groceries, paid the bills and balanced the chequebook. He cleaned the cat's litter box and bathed the dog.
Then it was already 1 P.M.and he hurried to make the beds, do the laundry, vacuum, dust, and sweep and mop the kitchen floor.
Ran to the school to pick up the kids and got into an argument with them on the way home. Set out milk and cookies and got the kids organized to do their homework, then set up the ironing board and watched TV while he did the ironing.
At 4:30he began peeling potatoes and washing vegetables for salad, breaded the meat chops and snapped fresh beans for supper.
After supper, he cleaned the kitchen, ran the dishwasher, folded laundry, bathed the kids, and put them to bed.
At 9 P.M. he was exhausted and, though his daily chores weren't finished, he went to bed where he was expected to make love, which he managed to get through without complaint.
The next morning, he awoke and immediately knelt by the bed and said: Lord, I don't know what I was thinking. I was so wrong to envy my wife's being able to stay home all day. Please, oh please, let us trade back."
The Lord, in his infinite wisdom, replied:"My son, I feel you have learned your lesson and I will be happy to change things back to the way they were."
You'll just have to wait nine months, though.You got pregnant last night!"
Economic performance of an economy can be evaluated by the analysis of some of its indicators like GDP, per capita income etc. So, the question is if there is any indicator which can be helpfull to measure the intensity and sincerity of LOVE ???
I just had a look over the previous posts and I also agree with all of you that we need a writer group. But, the question is how?
I am afraid, if there is any option available for creating a group for a particular group of people. I am not sure about CS but I am sure that other services like orkut provide this facility.
So, the question is that are we looking for a writer group within CS or it is okay in any other good service ?

Spiritualism as I think, is based on the existence of spirit or sould and also on the relationship between the soul and the body. Some times I try to evaluate this theory in the frame work of Time and space and I get confused. For example, if our body is mortal our soul is not. Which means that our soul existed, some where, even before the creation of our material body. And, it will also exist when our materialistic body would be burried or burnt into the chambers. If it is true then a spiritual person must have the knowledge about his past, I mean the time before his or her birth.
In addition, he must also be aware of the world where his sould would go after the biological death. In other words, as I understand, for a spiritual person, there is no divison of past present or future. He is able to see where he likes to see. Is there any body who can claim that his awareness is not limited within the boundaries of time ???????
Let us put aside poems and poetry! Let us also not consider the philosophy! Let us out of the bookish and ideological world and be in the real world.

In these days, one can see there are many people who like to introduce that they are spiritual but not religious. So, in other words, spiritualism is a kind of belief which is replacing the religionism. I happened to meet some people who said that they are spiritual. I asked some questions to know if it is the name of some principles, or if one person who is following the spiritualism, can understand his soul or spirit. But, frankly speaking, I did not have any idea about this spiritual thing!
