some years ago, over here a politicians official car was nicked, the police chased it with 17 patrol cars acros 2 states, on the way they wrecked 4 police cars and caused 2 other road crashes.

and guess what, they didnt catch the thieves. The body, or at least what was left of it, was recovered from over the border in poland some 7 months later.

If you pick up a card from the Jugendherberge here in germany you can cheap rates at the youth ostels in Vevey, Aigle and Montreux.

Hi Jan how are you keeping these days.

socalled Superfoods, nah i relate them to commercial gimmicks. good decent well balanced diet with NO big macs or woppee burgers etc. Problem is what is a socalled super food is in 2 years or so h ighly carcegenic or what ever. I never buy a chinese take away when in the uk cos its all crap, after tasting the real thin whilst i was in china many years ago.

Trouble is most of these "superfoods" are still stuffed with lactose and glutamates etc.

Absolutely fantasidoso, got some paperwork back from the local court all signed up and sealed, had a superb telephone conversation so yep all in all a really good day.
