Yes, the australian possum is a gigantic problem here, eating up the bush & native birds eggs ...our government helicopter drops many tonnes of australian 1080 poison most years to control / kill possums, including deer, goats, wild pig, rabbits, wallabies & all the birds ...the bush is silent after a drop, dead ...and it still doesn't solve the possum problem

...if they put a $2 bounty on possum tails, they would employ the unemployable & get rid of possums in 5-10 years ...but of course that would be the sensible option & governments don't do sensible

How many fallen baby birds have you returned to the nest ??

Yesterday, my friend & l found a chirpy, brave little fledgling hedge-sparrow hiding in my garden & not wanting the horrible death of yet another baby bird or baby hedgehog on my conscience, l fetched the ladder & climbed into the tops of trees / searched bushes, until l found its nest, complete with eggs, returning the tiny tweeter to domestic bliss and a second chance at life ...my karma restored

mmm, no argument there ...l read my mothers Edgar Cayce as a child & it has stayed with me throughout my life ...as an atheist, it's (karma) belief systems still interest me ...when l see someone get their comeuppance* for many years of selfishness, disregard of others well-being or dishonest misdeeds, l notice it !!

l'm shocked & flabbergasted, that someone else in this plethora of geniuses, knows this BIG laptop is a real gem ...shut the lid when not in use to keep the dust off the keyboard & flies/crap off the screen

HP OMEN 17.3" ...choices are 12, 16 or 32gb Ram ...FHD or 4K Screen ...1 or 2 Tb Hard-drive, etc ....l use an old HP Envy 17.3" 16gb Ram, FHD, 2 Tb Hard-drive & it is very efficient, no problems with graphics or games.

My experience is that a 16gb Ram & nvidia Geforce graphics or similar are absolutely essential to keep everything working smoothly

Considering that last week 2,000 spanish policemen tried to beat the people of Catalonia into submission & this week their armed forces are surrounding Catalonia ...it seems likely the 2nd bloody fascist Spanish Civil War is about to kick-off ...demonstrating once & for all that the emergence of humanity from the evolutionary soup was a catastrophe for this planet, which was a fabulous vibrant paradise ...until you came along !!
