When you say documented, what are you saying excatly, as the ablity to "document" two thousand years ago wasn't as simple as pulling out a fresh sheet of A4 and a pen you know....Most of the documentation done back then was done by word of mouth.....and we all know how that goes don't we : :))

This site's not important enough for it to be even remotely of interest to anyone... it's probably just some coding bug , that's all....Every single action you do on here has to be written into software by coders, and they're only human, so will make mistakes or miss something and maybe you just hit on one of them via a few things you did..that's all....The site's not too bad so they must have reasonably decent coders..plus it's an old site so most bugs will have been cleared out by now, but they're only human too so can't pre-empt every single scenario....
Also, it's xmas weekend, the site's probably a bit busier so they site has to handle greater traffic,...that may be an influence...

I don't know if that'd help a leaky gut to be honest...if it's leaky (that's not a minor issue either, that's quite literally a hole in your stomach wall, regardless of how big or small it is, it shouldn't be there, so a layer of oil, no matter how thick, isn't going to fix it or even stop the particles from getting through..That's like saying use vaseline to seal a punctured tyre. It might work, 'til you hop on the bike or drive the car and put pressure on the tyre, then it'd be as bad again... Personally, I'd suggest that you stay away from Dr. Google and go to a proper doctor and get the appropriate tests done if necessary.
If it were me I'd be putting all my food through the blender or juicing it, and no processed foods either, so as to take the pressure of what sounds like an already wrecked stomach...
I was reading some research there recently that said the appendix was the source of our stomach bacteria, so if that's correct then it makes sense that you try to encourage the good bacteria (both pro and pre)...and take it easy on your stomach diet wise too,, it sounds like it's been through the mill..no point in making it work twice as hard when it probaly need a rest..but ya gotta eat though or you'll starve... Mind you, a bit of hunger won't do you a bit of harm though, if anything your stomach might be glad of the rest :)

The notion that there's not enough "planet" to sustain the current population is rubbish. The planet is big enough to support everyone and keep everyone well fed..but look at all the wars being started by the USA and how that's impacting whole countries' ability to feed itself as it had done for generations. And look at all the massive global food producer's foods that are lining the supermarkets....99% of what's in a supermarket isn't food,it's "profit" and mostly inedible imo..but yet so many people will go and buy this junk and worse...feed it to their kids..and then wonder why the same children are suffereing from dreadful illnesses...
if every single person was to eat proper food, in the proper quantities (meat, fish, fruit, veg, salad) and no more..and get a bit of exercise, love a bit more liberally and accept the love of others... .then you'd see a huge decline in fake food induced disease. Most of the modern day diseases are being caused simply by what we're putting in our mouths...Pre WW2 very few doctors knew how to diagnose heart disease...and antibotics weren't even a "thing" pre WW2 , they were only really introduced during WW2 and only in life and death scenarios...now they're even on your chopping boards, in your washing up liquid....even your food...sure it's no wonder everyone's sick these days...
At the current rate of growth (which is exponential btw) we probably are going to get to a point where the population is too much for the planet to sustain. But we'll know when we've hit that point...there'll be no mistaking it..
Palm oil is only the tip of the iceberg Daniella and sorry but contrary to your statement that it's not bad for ones health , it actually is (bad for ones health). It's a nutritionally empty useless food and of zero value to the human body. But it's cheap, dirt cheap, and the USA love their "cheap". food, so the food producers have removed the (vaguely) decent (more expensive oils and butters) to replace it with palm oil...which keeps the food cheap... not that proper food has any palm oil in it by the way...(meat, veg, sald, fruit are real foods, just in case yoi're not sure)

Also, rain forest destruction started well before the advent of palm oil...thousands upon thousands of acres being cut down every year just to feed the rapacious greed for meat of just one country...can you guess which one? In other countries there are whole familes living for a week on just one days meat serving for one person from this country and they're perfectly healthy, if not far far healthier in fact.....
It's disgusting imo, that while vast swathes of people die of real genuine hunger and starvation, there is another cohort dying from the starvation of being seriously over-fed with fake processed cheap food but yet stil so under nourished with proper food that they need a massive healthcare system just to deal with the effects of their gluttony....not to mention the then blanket use of antibiotics in everyting and anything because everything they eat has to be practically sterile.......tis sickening to be honest.. palm oil is just one more insult to the planet and never mind the orangutans....it's our own children, the next generations, that are going to pay the true price for it....
The biggest and most immedicate concern are the huge declines in bees and pollinators' numbers, they are dying out in vast vast vast numbers..In (I think it's) SW China there are zero bees to be found so they are having to pollinate by hand and that's proving a total disaster (if not abject failure)...And even though the honey bees get all the media attention, it's the hover flies and other pollinatores that are being wiped out by the prolific use of insecticides, weedkillers and monoculture farming so predominant in most western countries now... but especially the USA, the biggest culprit...

A T-bone steak costs about €4 (same for organic salmon) , a 2.5kg bag of pototoes maybe €3 at the most, a bunch of locally grown carrots €2 and broccoli the same....you could feed that to a family of four adults for about €25 a day and Tbone/salmon are the more expensive cuts of meat/here here. I don't know how much it would cost to feed 4 adults with a takeaway but I bet it's not far off, so it''s far from cheaper...not to mention far less nutritious...and no way near as tasty, particularly since Ireland can't be beaten for qualiity of food
