RE: Does the Bible recognize the existence of other "gods"?

The Old and New Testament denies the existence of other Gods as far as which God you should surrender yourself to. It does acknowledge(not recognize) other Gods, but uses fear for you to not believe in an alternate spirituality. The whole book is a way for you to find an external source to save yourself. We can only save ourselves because we are a part of God(Source). The Old Testament would have us believe otherwise. I do like the teachings of Jesus in the New Testament, but other stuff in the Bible is very misleading for purposes that I will not touch right now. I will say this about the book of Proverbs as well as the Bible, half is pure and divine wisdom, and the other is construed info implemented by men in order to achieve a purpose that would stick in the collective unconscious of the masses: Proverbs 1:7 "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; Fools despise wisdom and instruction." I highlighted the bs and would replace it with knowing and loving yourself is the beginning of knowledge; Fools despise wisdom and learning.
I concur with Serenity's posts on this issue as well(interpretations)....kinda strange in some ways

I have no idea what to post...don't really understand how I can be innovative when it comes to shining? I'm not perfect, but I do not project false attributes to be like the other robots just to fit in. I know deep down that I am good, passionate, romantic, and real. I am true and that is how I roll. If I am misunderstood, so be it. Perception is everything. As long as I am true and real, I can never be upset with myself for pretending....cause that is the worst thing anyone can do to themseleves....

There are plenty of good women in this forum fyi. I wish you luck in finding a love connection via the internet. It's different, but I think it is a great way to make new internet friends and maybe a connection. I say different, cause you get to know somebody by communicating with writing. Voices still carry.
Anyways, just wanted say what's up and give you the lowdown from my perspective. And if you do meet somebody, please ask for recent photos, you may or may not be looking at somebody's photos from 5 years ago.... Just saying, it happened to me.

With that said, and I will say it again, this forum/website would be the best ever if teleportation were availabe....

Great observations Serenity:thumbs up: The part I highlighted, I have seen and experienced too much of. It's a matter of maturity, spirituality and expectations. If you love a friend, a partner and a family member or anyone for that matter, it's been in my experience that giving and not expecting anything back has really helped me from not taking things personal. It has strengthened my perception of love for myself and others. Love is not expecting in a selfish way, just understanding. Sharing your happiness or anything materially, should be done from your heart because you just want to do it and not expect a favor in return...

I need some coffe than I will add my thoughts. I am really spent and I am not doing much to contribute to the forums or Portiea's threads. I did a lot of work on this subject. I will just say for now that Narcissism really started to explode in the 70's...after it's birth in the 60's. The transition of our society from the pretentious 50's has not been a smooth one for individuals and couples. The divorce rate here in Sweden is over 60 percent. The numbers of depressed people on medication is at an all time high. There are many factors...even at an unconscious level....if you examine our quick fix/fast food/selfish mentality that our society has promoted in this digital and service minded society. Too many people chasing false desires...too many people not fighting for what is real. Too many people give up to soon on being happy, so they find false things to make them happy. Oh, I'll come back to this and try and clarify it in a tidy nutshell....I really need coffee.....

It means that we are energy vibrating at a certain freqeuncy and that energy that is in our bodies never dies, just transits.....reincarnation. So in essence, our soul/spirit is basically energy that never dies. And we may be only a splinter or fragment of a much larger soul. It may be possible that we are living in other universes simultaneosly with this one. It is also possible that our souls do experience life as other entities....remember...eveything on Earth and the universe is made up of energy.

Personally, I feel the main reason we are here is to manipulate and use the energy that we create with our illusory thoughts. To manifest our reality so that we are happy and harmonic in the name of love. This is what speeds up our vibration and enables us to escape the viscious cycle here in this astral plane or others with a similar vibrations that is not the Source (Nirvana or Heaven) dependiing on which religous branch you choose, but it's the same only defined differently.

According to mainstream Hindu religious thought, the individual soul is trapped in the suffering involved with life in this world, and because of reincarnation, even death does not release one from this world. In most of the religious traditions of southern Asia, release or liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth is the ultimate goal of the spiritual life. But how? It is to master your thoughts by using many tools to manipulate your energy and create a karma that will speed up your vibration. The teachings preached in all the religions, psychologies(analytical) or self help-new age books are tools to help you understand yourself, others, the world so you can love yourself, others and find happiness. In essence, giving you the power to not take anything personal which would give you a very negative energy....and negative energy is what builds bad thoughts and actions.....bad karma.

The objective with Karma is to reach a level of vibration that would be far beyond the fifth dimension. To work out all karma that would need to be worked through. So when you get to that level of vibration there is no karma.

We don't die, just transit, and we may decide to come back into physical form because the earthly experience is very vibrant and unique. However, getting caught up in karma usually happens again, so therefore, one may be stuck in the painful cycle of trying to work out karma here in this vibrational plane.
The majority of people on Earth, when they die and leave the body, are working out problems in karma, so they have to keep going back and forth. There are exceptions....different entities containing different energies on a different vibrational level, yet they are still able to tune into our astral plane of existence.

We are all spirit and soul trapped in our bodies...it's the energy that makes up our spirit/soul. Our minds are continually assaulted with good and bad ideas in our society. Some people follow and blindly accept, others lead and consciously create. If you can see through the smoke, your inner self will manifest....no matter what body type you have.
