Yes I definitely believe it is out there. I found true love about 10 years ago. Unfortunately I lost her to breast cancer. Since then I have had some loving relationships, but still looking for that love again. You will definitely find it. Good Luck! Kevin
I think I would take her on a hot air balloon right before sunset with a nice bottle of wine, then after we landed maybe a horse & carraige ride to talk awhile! Kevin
I personally never really got dragged down (YET!) but the converstion came up with someone very close to me and I began to wonder what others were going through. I am very happy and comfortable with who I am, and really embrace the lessons I've learned in life more so now that I am older and wiser.
When a man begins to change in mid-life he doesn't experience near the changes a woman goes through. Such as menopause,severe body changes,and more. For many men they lust younger women (hard bodies) trying to hold onto their youth, the liveliness,spirit,etc he experienced when younger. Women also seem to like younger men maybe for the same reasons. But who takes it harder, men or women? Men I think is more emotional, women, maybe more physical. What do you think?
Best Experience; I met the most amazing woman, we laugh so hard our cheeks hurt. We talk about anything from music to surgery, and my mind is in complete intrest. I think of her at random times throughout my day. I feel I can talk about anything with her, as of now, that has held to be true. We both seem to respect each others opinions, even if they differ from one another. It has been the most rewarding friendship I think I've had in years. I have the upmost respect for this woman, and hope that it leads to much more. It feels as though she is right above me. She is truely a drop of sunshine!
I think words are extremely powerful, they can portray, love, hatred, lonliness, fear, desperation, etc. without ever having to guess what is meant. It all depends on how they are used and by whom.
I think posting a video of yourself at a party or out with friends, or something may be vetter that sitting in a chair with the camera on you looking like you are announcing a version of the twilght zone (which was a good series by the way) any takers?
the thought does sound good, but i can see where people would be shy or not know what to say etc. Look how hard it is to describe yourself in your profile!
Just out of curiosity. Many of us begin our griendships by writng, commenting on forum posts, sending flowers and cute msgs. etc. After we have established contact there is a spell where we anticipate speaking to the other. Wondering how they will sound and such. Have any of you ever posted a video of yourself in freeform, just to let others hear you or see you?
Actually, I am kinda stunned you would reply like that Carl. You always seem to have well researched answers. Myself, I believe that when anyone meets for the first time, yes, there can be sparks. But, I am also a firm believer that everyone is on their best behavior. Kind of like meeting ones mother for the first time. You tend to choose your words carefully, don't know if you should swear or not, etc. I think by the end of the date you would have a good idea if you communicated well, if you "clicked". I also think that over a little time you begin to open up and maybe that person that you find inside will set a blaze in your life. I have talked to several women here, some are very nice, some just a little left of center, and one that fasinates me. But, that took time to find out. Had I not continued to communicate, I would never had known. JMO Kevin
Actually it was hers. We had revealed our intermost fantasies etc. over time. Then I was hit by a car and unable to walk for about a year and we had a few 3 somes with another woman, and it escalated for about 2 years
