He only got as much as he gave. When someone comes on here and tells a pack of lies or half a story looking for undeserved sympathy and insulting this country and it's hardworking people.....
do you really expect people to just sit back and let him at it?
I don't like what the government are doing or how they're doing it. But I will defend my country to the best of my ability and if someone is prepared to come into this country and sponge of our hardpressed citizens... then they do not have the right, in my opinion, to insult the very people they should be thanking!!!!
Is there someone holding a gun to your head to make you stay in Ireland?
If you have so little respect for this country and it's people...
Go home to where you came from and let someone with a bit of appreciation and genuine need for it take the money that you obviously don't either appreciate or need.
Why is it that people never tell the full story????
Mobility allowance is a means tested payment. If the rate is cut by half it's because means have increased!!! No other reason.
Perhaps this is because of a court case/claim being settled, or the person lied about their income/capital etc. in the first place, or they have started working, or they now have benefits/pension/income from another source
Any/all of the above, along with other things would affect rates of a means tested payment.
A lot of places do single holidays... but a lot of them charge a single supplement which more or less doubles the price. It sometimes works out cheaper for 2 people to travel than 1.
Favourite item is the black and white dress I wore to the Wexford meet last month. I bought it in Salou 15 years ago. It hasn't fit for the last few years but it does now!!
I have clothes older than that but that dress is my favourite.
It's a big commitment to move half way around the world... or to ask some else to do it.
Sometimes we "test" a person or ourselves... without even realising we are doing it. It's almost like we bring on a fight just to see if we can make it through.
Human nature can be cruel and confusing sometimes.
Sorry to put a damper on things but I seriously do NOT agree with diet pills.
A close family friend died a few years ago from a heart attack caused by the side effects of prescription diet pills. She was only 21 years old.
Have heard of a few other people who have developed heart/stomach/skin/fertility problems after using diet pills. Link wasn't proven but these people had no history of illness until they took the pills. A bit too coincidental for my liking.
Eat less, move more. If you need help join a group like weightwatchers or slimming world. See a nutritionist or a doctor. Join a gym or a walking group or take up a sport. Borrow a neighbours dog (if you don't have one yourself) and walk it.
I think I'm going out tonight instead of tomorrow night (if the water comes back in time for me to have a shower). If so I won't be out tomorrow night.
RE: work
Oh well ok then. Seeing as you asked so nicely!!
