The kids did not have a bed to sleep in and we were all nervous wrecks...
Emotional and physical wrecks...
Now we have a home and I have secure, happy kids but it has taken blood, sweat and tears....
I am happy and have my life to look forward realise I have a great deal to offer....
I have my confidence, self esteem and self respect back....

So to treat myself to a treatment, beauty product, something nice to wear or some nice scent is my treat to me... I have worked hard and have earnt it....
Not always true lots of markets for fresh products but also frozen food shops for these products to...there is frozen products you buy and slip in the freezer as they go off to quickly in the heat or are handy to have such as frozen herbs and cold soups....
Food and shopping for it is a pleasure in many European countries unlike the supermarkets in the USA....
You walk to the market(exercise) in the morning to saviour the smells of the cheese, spices, herbs, olive oil, meat, pastries and breads etc...walk to the port for fresh fish....
You fill your straw basket with your purchases...walk home....
Dinner at night in many off these places is a very social occassion...not grabbing fast food to go...
Does the smoking ban in public places go against human rights?
