Yup, Luke was a true legend. A gent and an absolute rogue! My fave Dubliner song is Auld Triangle, my fave Luke song is a toss up between Song for Ireland and Scorn not his Simplicity. If I ever was to be reincarnated, I'd want to be alive to see the Dubliners perform altogether.

You don't hear a person laughin or speaking and go "Oh I'm hot for them." You see them and you say "I'd like some of that." It's not shallow at all. I'd go mad if a fella told me "I love you for your personality." That's no confidence boost.

Fump, I hate you for making me think with a sick head!! I do think that you get over them. I also however think that the relationship pattern of your first love can set a trend and to be honest, for me I had to work had not to expect the same of the next person. I think in all relationships you develop habits though. I am well and truly over my first love but there are times when I know that some of my behavior is still influenced by my time with him.... If that makes any sense at all.

Well, I wouldn't wait too long to meet someone. As you don't want to invest too much and find you aren't compatible after alot of conversation. 2 dates a month is very reasonable! My thing was jump straight in.
