I won't date anyone younger. I never have. Guys my age, generally want to play the field. Rightly so, they are young. I am 22 if I were still single, I'd go up to 35. I think anything older just wouldn't work, I have yet to meet someone older than 35 that I was in the least bit compatible with.
Well I can't speak for Dublin! BUT An Cruiscin Lan is a great ole spot here and drink is always cheaper in Cork. Great gigs, always a good night assured! Pint of Heineken 2.90 before 7 in An Brog. It's supposed to be a trendy alternative bar but all the auld fellas go in there when they get their pension! I've had better craic with them than any other night I've spent inside there and the hilarious thing is that they always have Metallica, The Disturbed and System blaring while the pensioners are sipping away at their Murphys. Only in Cork.
Oh where do I start?! Well aside from the bloke I'm seeing now, all my online dates were disastrous. I met this Dub few months back, we were kissing away at the end of the night. Gorgeous looking bloke, and I started walking towards the cab strip on patrick street and he was like "Ah come on now, that can't be it. I'm after buying you 2 tequilas." He then proceeded to ask me if I wasn't going to go back to his place if we could go down the lane by Penneys. Who says Romance is dead? I promptly said no and marched away. That was the end of that. Only annoying thing is that I had a great night apart from the last 15 minutes!

Yup my Mam is a chronic alcoholic. She doesn't drink every day and sometimes she mightn't for a few weeks but it has always been and always will be her downfall. When I was younger, being good spirited I'd always think that maybe someday she would change. Maybe someday she will, but I couldn't keep going back getting hurt. I was raised Catholic and although I am spiritual..... I think I need a lil more good in my life to believe that God helps his children. I try to always pray and be grateful but to be honest, I don't find much peace or solitary anymore.
