Can anyone help me find out how to Divorce my wife in the Uk whilst living in France. I've not seen her in 2.5yrs? I have asked her to initiate but she ignores me. Meaness NOT love! UK law says you must be reisdent for 6 months. French law says all assets, after marriage split 50/50. She's not getting half my house that I paid for, and she has never lived in. Isn't it a "Like me" thing? We go along in order to be accepted. To be "Normal" by complying? And of course assume others know best? I felt guilty objecting to 14 years of enforced celibacy?!
