Hey lifesadream !
you reminded me of a recipe I like using jalapenos.
I don't soak the peppers in salt water...I love the heat. I slice the peppers in half, put cream cheese in the middle, wrap the pepper with a piece of bacon, put it in the oven until the bacon is cook good...and yuuuuumy !!
