But my thread is asking, how would it make you feel if there is a decendant of Jesus walking the earth today?

In the movie The DaVinci Code the author attempts to portray the person to the right of Jesus at the Lords Supper as a woman and that he married her and that there was a child between them.

The author also writes that the Holy Grail is not the cup that Jesus drank wine from but that it is the woman Jesus married.

I'm not questioning your religious beliefs, please be sure of that.

What I'm wondering is, if there is a decendant of Jesus walking the earth today, how would that make you feel.

Would you live your life differently if there is an offspring of Jesus?

I agree Morgan. If I'm at a gathering with him and he talks and laughs with all the females, I don't get jealous, first of all because if I love him - I trust him. You cannot truly love someone if you don't trust them.

You don't love just a little bit. It's like being pregnant a little bit.

I don't think the question was about the two of them.

People put questions out that they are curious about. I do it all the time. Some of my threads are interesting and some are downright stupid. When people don't like a thread, they ignore it, they don't attack me and say Snugglysenior, you are an idiot for doing that thread.

Threads are the same thing as if you were in a room with the people bringing up questions, curiosity, information and even educational.

When I was married I was friends with a woman who was having an affair. My husband knew she was doing it and he didn't want me associating with her. According to the thread the other day I should "have done what he told me to do" and not be friends with her. I kept the friendship and I could have cheated on him because he was always drunk and hardly around but I didn't.

Being associated with this girlfriend didn't encourage me to run around on my husband. I didn't agree with what she was doing but it wasn't my business.

So we have two people in the forums who like each other - maybe love each other. They are having fun talking to the same people.

Integrity is based on who you are - not the people you associate with.

The key in what you said Vinny is that you would devote the time to make her understand. And if it didn't work you could keep in touch through email.

However, the forums is more than keeping in touch with someone. To me it is a way to get ideas from many people, hear how they think, their suggestions, even a learning device. It's a back and forth conversation between many people which I think is different from keeping in touch with someone.

I can't imagine myself leaving the forums just because a guy says I should. The "partner" thing could be misleading. We tend to use the word "partner" on single sites because we don't want to say boyfriend or girlfriend. It frightens the men to think they are someones boyfriend (the old committment thing ) I have met men over the years on other sites and when I thought there was a chance for a relationship and I hid my profile because I wasn't looking any longer. My motto is one man at a time.

I don't even think the parents are focusing on the physical beauty. They seem to think that 20 years from now their daughter will be Miss America if they get started now on winning beauty pageants. The beautiful creamy skin little girls have is being destroyed by makeup with chemicals and gasoline. They are learning to compete so early in life.

Absolutely not. My concern would be why is he asking me to leave the site.

If I met someone I would choose to leave the dating part and change my profile to be talk/pen pal/email.

There are many people in the forums who have someone and are here just for the conversation.

Tough question but a good one. I would be concerned if he is a felon which is something I experienced with meeting someone on CS. I found out he had a very colorful background and when I put it all together I considered him to be mentally unstable.

They wear heavy makeup, perform poses meant for adults and wear costumes way beyond their years.

Are these little girls fulfilling the dreams of their mother who wanted the crown for themselves?

Do you think these little girls prefer the curtain call to being called for by their friends to go out and play, to get dirty, to ride their bikes.

Are these pageants denying little girls to live the life of "a little girl"?

Have you seen the commercial where the woman says she got a better deal on the cell phone account. Her husband says something to the affect that they've been married for 11 years and what they had all those years was good enough. She tells him how much money they are saving now and he says "I love you and this time I mean it". The commercial is meant to be funny but I was wondering how much weight you put into it when a man or woman says "I love you" to you.

Do you believe it face value? Do the women think he's just saying that to get in my pants. Or do the men think she's just saying that to get my money?
