Not been to Wolverhampton for about 15 years, but I understand what you say.

As Steve mentioned.... Australia has it pretty well sussed in as much as they require you to have a trade/skill which is beneficial to the country and a reasonable grasp of the language.

I think it's bloody outrageous to suggest that people should know the English language before arriving in the UK.

What if the rest of Europe were to do that........
How many ex-pats living in Europe who have no intention of ever learning the language of the country in which they now reside, would be there under such rules.

I think some test of competency with English is a good idea after 2 years of residency and certainly would help with integration, but to stop someone entering the UK without the grasp of the language is absurd.

Sorry to hear the person lost interest after you sent a photo, but as you say.... Their loss.

Sorry that happened to you. There is no excuse for rudeness and certainly no excuse for not being able to upload a photo.

CS will upload them for you if you are having problems yourself.
All you need to do is E-mail the photos to the site and they will do it....... so his excuse was a lame one, and I hope if someone else tries to use it you are now knowledgeable enough to point this out to them.
