Hi to everyone. I am on CS a few days now but only on the Irish forums. They're a briliant bunch but the forums can be a little slow moving due to a much smaller CS community so I thought I would go for the world stage, keep all my options open....lol
Simple Minds- Belfast Child U2- With or without you Frankie goes to hollywood- erm...er....umm..2 tribes UB40- Red Red wine Prince- Raspberry Beret Chris Rea- Road to hell Thompson Twins- Hold me now (into the gap, a great album). Def Leppard- Rocket Dexy's Midnight Runners- Come on Eileen Big Country- I know of them just not the names of the songs. i think that the lead singer died some time back. Foreigner- I wanna know what love is Queen- a kind of magic The Alarm- Did they do 66 guns?
The 80's were good, there was many many good bands and solo stars.
A friend of mine is big into Depeche Mode. He gets alot slagging about being gay. I don't know why, he is married with 3 kids. It must be Depeche mode then so......lol
Thanks BB. All my post are just my opinion. I know that certain issues affect people in many different ways and that we all deal with those different ways in our own time.
The way I look at it is...if someone lets us down or hurts us, then why waste time on them. I know this can get a whole lot more complicated if there are kids involved. I am really voicing for the single people.
My heart has been mended. I don't let break-ups affect me anymore. I don't waste any time. A good relationship is always based on friendship. If you can't be friends with someone, you most certainly will not end up head over hels in love with them.
We must grab life by the scruff of the neck and live and enjoy every moment of it.
As a great friend of mine, once said:
"We are not here for a long time. We are here for a good time.
