I think bulls can help with expanding the hills but can also have a negative affect. Having a bull plowing through the hills can stimulate growth by messaging the soil, but a bull can also cause erosion and reduce the size of the hills. Could work either way.
Maybe you should just let it run free in the wild where it belongs. Chipmunks should not be caged up, they were meant to be free. Keeping it locked up can also be unhealthy. If you notice it has stopped eating you really should let it run free. That means it is depressed and needs to be with other chipmunks.
I don't know. I've never measured a chipmunks muscles. I do work out regularly and have studied Tang Soo Do for years so I can take care of myself. Also studied a little Tai Chi and Kung Fu. After a work out I get a fruit juice milk shake to help me revive. Here in the states they are commonly called protein shakes. But now I'm drifting off topic. Just trying to say, I'm in god shape if that's what you meant.
Chipmunks should dry out. They are pesty little creatures that are only good for making a mess. I chased one with board one day and would have given it a good beating if I caught it. Sometimes I throw rocks at them to chase them away.
