I was simply stating that there appears to be a lack of honesty with some. If a woman, or man for that fact, is on a site with 1000 other men and women, the truth is that you can find someone. If you are holding out for someone with better looks or more money? God bless you. That is your right. But why be deceptive about what you want? There are over 4 billion women and men in the world. If a woman wants nothing to do with me do you think I'm going to be upset? Just be honest.
The problem is lack of honesty. Most people can not deal with truth. They tell people what they believe will not hurt their feelings or say nothing at all.
My feelings are not easily hurt. Like me, don't like me, I don't care. I extend my hand in friendship, I am honest with my views and stated intentions.
Good point. I've been on this site for weeks and have only met one woman that was serious enough to actually talk on the phone. I see a lot of profiles and posts that say, "No men will be serious about me." or "Men will chat but then disappear." Try to b just a friend to some of these same women and they give you the cold shoulder.

HOW DID THE NAVY END THE STANDOFF?
Navy SEALs, elite special operations troops, on the USS Bainbridge shot dead the pirates in the lifeboat after the Bainbridge's captain determined that Phillips' life was in imminent danger because a pirate pointed an AK-47 rifle at him.
Navy sailors then sailed to the lifeboat in a small inflatable craft and rescued Phillips, who was tied up inside the 18-foot-long lifeboat. He was later transferred to the USS Boxer, an amphibious assault ship.

In that movie he is captured, tied to a chair, and repeatedly whacked in the family jewels with a large rope. As this is happening and while clearly in pain, he remains defiant and sarcastic to his torturer. Any man that could endure that pain and remain sarcastic is a hero in my book.
