Basically, you post where you'd like to stay and other members offer you a bed for your stay. You feed yourself though. Handy if you want to get some inside info about the locality in which you are going to stay/visit.

What ppl tend to forget is that without the Civil/Public Servants there would be no services at all. No regulations. No licencing. No funds. No medical care.

I could go on and on... hell, even the shape and curve of your banana is decided by someone by someone in an official capacity. Whether directly employed or seconded to one of the Government departments.

Not all the cars heading for the border were driven or occupied by Civil Servants. Lots of other ppl had days off and travelled up.

'Want' doesn't come into it. Would love to work outside the home but no job (Civil Service included) could be as flexible as I would require it to be. Personal and family reasons that cannot be ignored.

Yes, they have jobs, and are doing the work of 3/4 ppl, for the wages of 1, no overtime.

And they have to endure the likes of you on a daily basis. No job pays enough to deal with that.
