To tell you the truth, i donnt think there are eccentric people, little,more,or totally unconventional yes.The vast majority living under the prescribe norm,very easily characterize others eccentric, for not following the norm,beside what is the norm???.What was eccentric,per say,decades ago is the norm of today.
