I never said Saddam or the Taliban is a better choice.MOST the American people realise,was wrong for the USA,to get involve in the Vietnam war.- And i say the some here,in years or decades to come, the American people will realise, that was wrong for the USA goverments to get involve in a war, against Iraq and Afganistan.
The American policies in Iraq, and Afganistan is a total failure and if you, as an ex army,do not axcept,you have every right to be on cloud 9 .- They abandon ship in Iraq and Afganistan, and in years to come the American people realise, their goverment was wrong,getting involve with those two countries,as they have(american puplic)realise their goverment was wrong,to be involve with the Vietnam war.By the way,sure you know, that in Iraq from 7th Mar.they have an interim goverment (not elected one yet),and more likely before the last American is home.- How the hell are they going to be the fine example you claim, for the other oppressive neigbouring regimes??? The example of the Iraqi regime been the model for the other repressive regimes in the region ,has not proven yet.-Lets see first,after all, the Americans gone,if the Iraqi constitution is going to survive first,because if does not survive, what sort of example,to others repressive regimes in the region going to be?? As about the Russian,they got their lesson from 1989-1991 that nobody wanted them to be policeman in Eastern Europe and inside their own semi or autonomus provinces,so they let the people managed their own afairs.As about Afganistan the Russian forwarned the Americans,'donnot do it, you cannt win there" they had the experience,after 10 years fighting they left, with their tail between their legs,like a dog,exactly as the Americans leaving now.- Yes people they fought against oppression over the centuries,and am not negative,others helping countries to fight oppression.But WHO invited you in Iraq and Afganistan to help them fight oppression??? No, Conrad am not expecting you to be suicidal,just pointed out, that USA policies,not fair to some nations, while are, one sided to others. Don't forget the Turks were with the Germans,and only in the end seeing the war was going the other way, change sides.
