i was taking the lil to school and i asked her what her xmas present wish list was and so she told me:
barbie house (pretty standard) webkins (whatever the hell that is) Nintedo DS (ok... kinda cool) books (cos she's gonna be edumacated as opposed to her dad)
and then she shocked me... she said:
"i want a roll of duct tape"
a roll of duct tape? what for?.....
"so i can tape your mouth shut" ...
HOW CAN SOMETHING SO LITTLE BRING SOOOO MUCH JOY IN SUCH A SHORT STATEMENT?????? im still all choked up about it
... and then the kicker...
oh and i also want a quad and a helmet and a new gun !!!!
After that, i could no longer hold it in ... a single tear rolled down my eye... yes, just one !!!! but if anyone asks it was cos i was laughing so hard !!!
well i tried the "keeping me on my toes thing" and that didnt work out all that well.... so i figured maybe someone who actually thinks somewhat alike may do the trick !!!
but this idea is not about like mindedness...as much as it is understanding... if she gets the movie and thinks of it in similar terms to mine, then maybe she has a chance of understanding my "quirks"....
as for the "god" thing....
well.... i've been called that a time or two.... sometimes it was kind of hard to understand tho with all the moaning....
well its a good thing cos it makes things really clear for me... its a bad thing cos there aint no woman on earth that will think of it the same way i do !!!!
im in ... send me a ticket and accomodation arrangements and i'll make it happen...
... but for yall that think im just using you.. just think that instead of paying for my trip, you are actually paying for my great great grandfather's uncle twice removed, who had a bicycle accident and is now in a hospital in Nigeria waiting for a heart transplant !!!!
i've had a few one night connections.... that i wished had lasted longer and a few long term connections that i wished had not lasted quite that long...
and also some short term connections that werent short enough and i wished hadnt happened altogether... and a couple of longer connections i had hoped lasted longer.... one in particular comes to mind....
... now i just focus on about 3 second connections !!!
does this principle only apply to those who want a lady to "fall in love with them"? or does it apply to those who do not want that whole "love" crap???
i mean.. in my case... its not like you are gonna have to look at me for long.... just about 3 seconds.... and i can turn the lights off or yall can just close your eyes and think of Brad Pitt for all care !!!!
