Thanks friend! I came through a lot of different information and I finally decided to call the vet.
The vet said that little doggie would benefit from benedryl!
Who knew? I knew she had allergies, but it had actually manafested itself to itchy. So, based on her weight and what the vet said, I gave her 1/4 of a cap of plain benedryl once every 8 hours for one day.
Once she was over her initial allergery reaction, I was able to drop that dosage down to once every 12 to 24 hours depending on how she was feeling. It's all good! :)
So happy to report it, but for all who read this, please call your vet first and tell them the weight of the dog and what the problem is before you administer medication.
This remedy worked for me, hopefully it will work for you or at least get the dialog going with your vet! :)

Wow. Man you guys, I can't believe it. These are all really hard and must have torn our hear(s) out to have to be in that position. I guess I have been pretty luck. The worst I have had to do is let down my boss and my family easy, but never had to say that some one died. Hmmmm....it leave a great thoght to be considered.
I sort of dissagree. Many of those physical items listed alert me to a lack of self care/love, and then probably low self esteme. A person who doesn't love/like himself cannot really be loving towards another. I would have to say none of OP's items are acceptable. Sorry....
I would jump on my private plane and fly away to somewhere warm against the sea. And there, I would soak in the sand and listen to the surf and feel the delicious sea air on my skin. I would watch the wildlife and all the people playing on the beach and in the ocean. I would have fancy drinks with umbrellas in them and eat ripe yummy fruit and fancy delictables. I would get my toes painted bright red and maybe get new shoes.
I would do all that for a day then I would see the city and all the fun things to do. Since there would be no cost and no reprisals, I would stay for a couple of weeks and just enjoy the sunshine and do it all again. And again! In my hearts desire, I would share this with my special someone.
