You were probably feeling a little uncomfortable so that was your natural reation to say "stay away!" even though your conscous mind did not want that. So, more practice in uncomfortable situations, the more your whole self will be able to respond the way YOU want it to. You will be more in tuned to everything and you grow! Yea for you! :)
Okay, I am beside my self on this one. I have just got new contacts. Every time I put them on, it feels "gummy" and "blurry". The Dr's office said because of astigmestism(spell?) that it would take time to adjust. But I CAN'T READ!!!! Do you think the RX is off? I am not sure what to do. They have one eye seeing far, and one eye seeing near. Tell me your story, so I know what to do! Thanks a million! K :)

For all deadly allergic, you need to get a vile of meds and keep it on hand to deal with this--then rush to ER.
For those mildly allergic, talk with your Doctor. For me...well I am allergic and it swells up pretty good. I use either "meat tenderizer" in the shaker or a paste of baking soda and water to draw out the poision and get to the doctor quick!

I have not read what everyone said, but I think marriage is important. It shows a great deal of commitment. If (you/she/he) is not totally commited, then you/she/he just don't want to stick around and work it out, you know? Why waste your time investing in someone who is going to fly away at the drop of a hat. Don't you think you are worth more than that? Just a thought. K
OP, I have not read what others have written at this point. I have only read your original post. It sounds wistful. It sounds like you are hoping and wishing for and remembering the way it WAS. No, darlin' I am not doing it for the money. In fact, it never even crossed my mind. I just know I have a lot of experience and a lot of love that I could give a little girl, so I was hoping to share that.
Bad mouthing? I am not sure what you mean. I am nearly 50 years old. There is no way I would be able to have a child out of wed-lock if this is what you are speaking of! I know that in the "olden days" people might have said nasy things.... UGH!

Then also, there is a social worker who will check on me/us and make sure we are doing well. I told them I am just a beginner, so hopefully, they would be able to match us up pretty good!
