At a few weeks old I was adopted by my Grandparents who were in their mid forties at the time,so growing up I was wanting to start life as soon as possible. That way my children could get to know there grandparents. I thought I did everything right but after a 15yr relationship no children were in the cards for us. Just when my wife and I were planning a family her mother passed away of cancer at 59yrs old. It was then my wife after 12yrs together, felt she would not live long enough to have children, she was barely 30. She wanted to sell everything and travel the world... She left and traveled for a few years and has found a new guy. Dad has since passed and mum is over 80 now.
Most of my friends are/were the Taker type. The sad thing is most of the time giving people need a taker type to complete them. Two taker types together never really get started. Two giving types is what I had for 15yrs but that didn't work so I don't really know what I'm searching for now.
I have found it is easier to always give a (little) more than you ever get in return, so that way if things don't work there is less regrets. TC
I love all women. My x was a bit over 6' and I'm still just over 5'9. I have found that mostly it is tall women that stay away from shorter guys. It is harder for non-players to approach a tall beautiful women. You should try to make the first move to let them know your interest. TC
We had ours on a warm July behind the house by the river(to warm for bugs), 200 guests, horse drawn buggy for the bridle party, golf carts for guests, sound system for minister and music etc....
Seeing the smile on her face that day, made it always the right thing to do. I have no problem with a church wedding but that was her choice.
However a 3wk wedding at a tropical island would be a great idea.
I have always dreamed of being a dad, but with time starting to run out I'm trying to see the positives from the other side. Thanks for your thoughts. TC
Using a old jewlery box. Cut a hole in the bottom for your finger to go through. put red stained cotton around the knuckle. Show people what is in the box. One guy who is now 20 yrs older and several feet taller still remembers the "FINGER" Nice to see he has a sense of humour and wasn't tramatized, he ran away before I could show him it was a fake.

Playing hide a go seek with my 9yr old cousin. I tried the same thing in my mums bdrm closet. When he open the door and saw me strung up he fell back in shock. I laughed, my belt loops broke, i dropped and nearly did get hung.
Buddys parents out of town. Waking up morning after big party, only oranges avaliable to eat otherwise parents would know about the party. 1 buddy pissed off and wanted something else. Oranges cut in quarters and laid out on the table. Buddy left for the bathroom. 1 orange slice soaked with tabasco sause placed a bit further away from the others. On his way back he of course grabs it as if he stole it, looks us right in the eyes and with a proud grin puts the whole thing in his mouth and bit down.
Coming back from a road trip traveling through "Rogers Pass" in the Rocky Mountains, buddy was passed out with his face up against the window. Shear 1000' drop out his side going around a bend when I screamed "WERE GOING OVER" He woke up open his eyes and in a split second he jumped so far over he might have well been driving.
I bought some Guinness for family visiting from England who love it. The left over beer sat for a long time after they left. Even my brother who drinks anything had a hard time. Definatly an aquired taste. The strongness of the coffee is another story, I'm still vibrating. TC
The concept of the WORLD WORKING TOGETHER to SLOW TERRORISM is something I think all good people want. Easy to say, tuff to do. Do we as human beings stop caring about others and stop showing HUMANity? Atleast two sides to every story. I am very interested to see how Hamas handles their new power of government. They don't have to suicide bomb anyone anymore to get their way, they got it, so we will see what kind of "quality of life" they provide to the people. If it works it could change the way we war.
There should be no place on earth where people endure terrorism of any sort. Do we just let our little world get worse? Or do you try and help and do something. Crime is not going away anytime soon so do we just give up on that and allow mayhem?
My hope was by this time we would have been done with Iraq returned it to her people and then move on to the next worst location for terrorism and so on and so on until we have a earth we can be proud of. On the other hand we could just let all the poor and helpless souls fend for them selves. I guess that is how mother nature is so why not? Eventually all the bad, kill the good, and then the bad kill the other bad until we are all done..next species... Each way is unpleasent but "I would rather die trying to help my fellow man then live in fear". I think unfortunatly we are going to get a little worse before getting better. I think the rest of the world needs to step up on a united front not just U.S,Gr.B and Austraila. Or is there just not that much world left? I wonder where we would be if Canada and the U.S stayed out of WWII? Do we forget what lives were lost for what we have today? A bullet 3 inches up on grandads Harley in WWII and I would never have been thought of.

On a normal day off in the summer I'm doing a little boating/fishing/bon fire BBQ behind my home with family and friends. Or horse back riding with a little company.
But If I could do ANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITY... It would have to be ski/scuba diving or mountain white water rafting.
